From a fan to J.C. Staff…
My thoughts on ZnT:FnK’s last episode:
My thoughts on ZnT:FnK’s last episode:

Even unconscious, Saito’s pimp aura still works admirably. God damn him.
On a side note, the ED theme is so in contrast with the series’ tone now, it’s actually getting quite tasteless and annoying. They should’ve planned for a better song, sigh.

Conclusion: Zero no Tsukaima II is made of random kissing scenes and win.
Next episode: Siesta in sailor-fuku.

The best episode of ZnT ever, or the best episode of Znt ever? Whatever it is, this episode was truly made of win. We had:

While the rest of the blogosphere goes “LOL ELITISM”, I’d rather enjoy this month’s Megami.
More Louise is always a good thing, isn’t it? I think she looks pretty okay in this swimsuit on the contrary of the opinions of my readers. Well, DELICIOUS FLAT CHEST YUM YUM YUM!

Oh man…. temptation is so hard to resist. After the end of episode 8, I expect 9 to be really great… but it’s like crazily great.. I moé overloaded to Louise’s “Icchau iyada!!” from the moment I double clicked on the episode. Crap crap crap… dere-dere mode wins! Must give credit to Saito for not jumping on her and resisting her charms. I guess that’s one of the pre-reqs for “Legendary Harem Leads” classification.
But really, Louise’s (love potion induced)dere-dere mode is fucking awesome. I especially overloaded on the part where she seduced Saito in the room with her saying, half-naked, “I have no sex appeal!” and him shouting “Put on your panties!” XD. Fucking awesome. Too bad it lasted for an episode only :P.
But well, the final legs of Zero’s run is kicking in and the next episodes will deal with serious politicking from what I have been spoiled too, so till the next season, Louise chou dere-dere mode!

No, that’s not roasted rice cakes, it’s jealousy… yes… jealousy I have towards Saito, being the lucky sod he is…
Not only does he get bath together with Siesta, he also did it rotenburo styled _and_ got thanked for it. Just right after that… he gets a confession of love from a lusty (albeit drugged) Louise. Man… I’d so like to kill him… the bloody bastard.
Right now, the fella is in my “List of Legendary Harem Leads” alongside Kyon-kun and Rin, purely for the awesomeness of his situation he was trapped, or should I say, summoned to. Well, no one would really put him in the Bounty List, he’d be so awesome that he’ll be listed as “Bounty Hunter” instead of “Bounty.
Oh, and is it ironic or pure coincidence that this picture appeared right after this one when I browsing through my screencaps folder?

Kawaii deshou~~~
After watching the 6th episode, I officially promote Zero no Tsukaima to my “Must Watch” list amidst this lacklustre season.
Of course, it’s very inevitable that ZnT is called Shana 2.0, but I say scrap that point of view, since Louise is clearly much more superior that Shana, and Saito is.. well.. Saito. He was extremely cool this episode in my opinion. The dance at the ending was well handled and J.C. Staff again show their great character development skills.
Well, it’s too bad ZnT is a 13-episoder, but after being spoiled to the novels by the almighty Sushi-Y-sama, it clearly seems that the production team will be handling the show in a way different from the novels. I’m hoping for a second season to be done in a way befitting the novels.
The next episode will be a very humourous one, since a someone will be doing things that are usually not done by that person ;).

If I get to see my master naked every night and gain some deus ex machina power in return for being forced to sleep on the floor, eat hard bread and do her laundry, I’ll gladly become a familiar.
Seriously, even though Zero no Tsukaima is reminding me hard of Shakugan no Shana and Harry Potter, I’m glad it still has it’s distinguishing features.
First off, Hiraga isn’t a wimp like Yuuji was and he definitely proves it in the second episode, with his revenge and fight against Mr. Playboy (don’t care to remember his name). I hope his sarcasm and manliness remains intact for the series, as it seems to be the only thing that’s making me like him.
Louise, meanwhile, isn’t as closed as Shana was of her true feelings. It was nice to see her concern towards Saito in this episode. Much more fun if the tsun tsun and dere dere moments are balanced I guess. Plus it seems she has a really kinky side, with the chains and whips.
Sure, Zero’ll degenerate in to harem fun sooner or later, but let’s hope that J.C. Staff at least makes it enjoayble to watch.

A very blantantly Harry Potter rip off setting and the Shana-esque voice cast is the distinguishing feature of this show. I mean… doesn’t the whole *tsukaima* summoning scene looks just like the first Quidditch class in Harry Potter 1? And man… everytime Louise speaks, I see her hair turning all red and her cape looks more like jacket. She’d only need to go “Urusai! Urusai! Urusai!” for the transformation to be complete.
Still.. there are differences… on like how Louise is the most untalented magician in her class and how she just blows everything up. Her classmates are also interesting to watch if for the dark skinned witch who seems to be screwing around with half the class, hope her pregnancy test involves less than 30 people. And not to forget… the extremely perverted headmaster and his secretary, who reminds me of a certain *taichou* and *fuku-taichou* from Bleach.
Plot doesn’t seem to have established itself yet, and one wonders will they go to the saving the world from other-dimensional beings or even vanquishing an evil sorcerer who has conquered death in an unorthodox manner or even better, harem romance comedy drama! Well… time will tell, I guess… time will telll.
