Hurr… finally starting on the real arc for the second half. Should be done by 4-6 episodes I hope.

Anyways, new character introduced for this arc and its… Hanazawa Kana! Geez, having both Kana AND Aki together is a kinda cheating in a way.

Bah, the Touma hijack was nothing. And here I was thinking he really hijacked the episode or something. The real heroine of this episode is actually Uiharu!

I mean, how can you NOT go “D’aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw!!” at this! I just love it when Uiharu goes on her fujoshi-ish rampages towards “upper-class” things.

Cute ending to what essentially amounts to minor character development arc. But I’m not complaining since we got to see Misaka’s Railgun at the least.

And a little bit of fanservice from Mii-senpai too. Dat chest of hers!

Misaka and Kuroko should probably take her lead and drink that “Musashino Milk” everyday too! Can’t deny they need some there.

Definitely looks like it’ll be tying in with a larger arc though. The Capacity Down thing sure didn’t just fall out from the sky for Hebitani. Guessing it’s some shady anti-ESPer power weapon research being done by a very Engrish-ly named organization, just like almost every major villain in Academy City is.

Hmm, so J.C. Staff decided to do an original story for the second half of Railgun instead of animating the currently running “Sisters” arc in the manga. I’d say it’s a better choice than adapting it halfway and then rewriting shit, but given the patchy record J.C. Staff has on adaptations I will pray for the best that the original story won’t be terrible.

Whoa, fuck. The AIM Burst battle scene was waaaaaaaaaay more epic than in the manga. I can sure see where all the budget went to! Not that I’m saying the previous episodes lacked in quality…. but if we see a degradation next week, we’ll all be sure to know what happened!

And… d’aaaaaaawwwwwwwwwww, Saten-san recovered.

Glad to see her “hobby” in a while too!

I hope the Sisters will be animated too! Has it been confirmed? Does anyone know?!
