Finally the highlight of any mahou shoujo anime, the henshin sequences of StrikerS are in episode 5. No doubt the new transformation sequences have been long awaited, ever since the end of A’s titillated us by showing the original trio at age 16 starting up their devices.

First of Fate and Nanoha’s henshin…. is just “Wow…”. Proves that there is quite a high age limit for playing henshin sequences. Fate-chan’s henshin was pretty kakkoi, but Nanoha’s henshin just had me lol’ing when her bra and pantsu played “now-you-see-me, now-you-don’t” but then RH announcing “Barrier Jacket - Aggressive Mode”…. which had me worrying ^^;;. Both of their henshin scenes now also include mecha “hasshin” calls too. Also, Rein-tan’s twirling henshin is cute, but we need full version *puriizu*.

Next off, Subaru and Tiana’s henshin, for the ephebophiliacs. Subaru probably has the most manliest henshin of them all, but ironically, her boobs are the largest XD. Also, roller skates with exhaust pipes are just so kewl. Tiana, meanwhile, probably has the most subdued but creatively choreographed henshin. Dual pistols for the win!

Lastly, for the lolicons and shotacons, are Kyaro and Elio’s henshin. Elio’s one is.. well… the only one lacking a nude scene, but that’s expected. “Kya~ Kya~~ KYAAA~~” Kyaro’s henshin meanwhile… is just so kawaii <3<3<3<3. Even her BGM sounds “cute” all around…ahhh~~~ so calming.

Surprisingly the rest of the episode was Kyaro-centered and unexpectedly she’s a Dragon Master…. she’s not going to be “just a support mage” I see. Elio-kun… you’d better train up your skills more. Speed isn’t just the only important thing in fighting there ^^;;.

Episode 3 Nano’s! Best of the series so far and contains my personal favourite of them, No. 21 ^^.

I would like to see the TSAB after Hayate takes over though…

That surely sleeps more than one people there. I guess Nanoha and Fate already decided to go out in the open with their relationship :O.

Also, Nanoha is definitely an “oni-kyoshi” (devil teacher). Looks the the Forward Stars quartet are gonna have a hell of a time in their training exercises. Maa~~ I wish them luck.

Needless to say, I cried. I’d put up some caps, but all the raws seem to be of the same quality, from the 30MB .flv to the infamous 500MB one, so might as well not put it up.

Secret Ambition is really awesome, another showcase of Nana-chan’s awesome vocals paired with an action-packed opening sequence that should clearly show off StrikerS as a fully action-oriented show, but I do hope they will still have good enough character development and a good plot to go along with it since the powers of over-commercialization tend make shows -10 plot and -10 character development. Oh, by the way, that mysterious character in the OP really looks like Rider from F/SN, only 10 years younger. I’d wager she’s another Lost Logia.

Show itself was awesome, starting right off with Subaru and Tiana’s Mage Grade B Examination, of which they have to pass through an obstacle field of sorts. Tiana’s Mirage Cross was awesome and I didn’t expect it to be actually stealth orientated, with Tiana having a mastery over invisibility and illusional magic, a section of magic that was less focused on in the previous Nanoha shows. Subaru’s dual devices give her really awesome offensive capabilities and one must wonder how many cartridges Revolver Knuckle can store. Didn’t expect Subaru to copy Nanoha’s Divine Buster though, but it’s actually quite cool how she executes it.

Also, I must say the Hoshizora no Spica is my favorite Nanoha series ED already. Spiritual Garden and Little Wish never did appeal to me that much… too sugary sweet I guess.

EDIT: After watching the subs, I must comment that the writer(s) might like Airgear a bit too much… Subaru’s “Wing Road” for the lol.

It’s out. This month’s posters are somewhat less awesome that previous issues, but it more than makes it up with the inclusion of a StrikerS CD. Now waiting for hi-res scans.

So we have a 30 sec trailer of the series floating around, and from the looks of it, it’s going to be a very fun and action packed series.

But… I must say…

… what a fuck up the official English names are of Tiana and Kyaro…. I don’t care, I’m going to refer to them as “Tiana” and “Kyaro/Carol” no matter what the official site says. Seriously, the first time someone mentioned “Teana”, I thought it was “Teats”… OTL. Also, the official site is so gay… everything is done in .jpg, wtf? I can’t even try to Babelfish the site’s contents OTL.

But thankfully, Rein-chan’s name is really cool! Reinforce Zwei! That sounds so cool! Rein-chan BANZAI!!

A day at the beach with MILFate

Let’s just say this image is anemia-inducing. Very. While many are still in the Feito-chan(小) camp, I find myself very much in the MILFate camp. I mean, who can resist that dynamite body? I guess this proves I’m not a lolicon at all.

Also, does anyone know the source of that pic? I need to secure a hard copy of it.
