In other words, Maria+Holic’s OP is kinda stuck in my head. It’s that combo of awesome animation sequence and crazy lyrics again. Not to mention Kobayashi Yu can actually sing. Even plus her crazy screaming too.

And why is it that I enjoy Kanako’s internal commentary so much? Is it because I’m thinking the same damn thing myself too? We would’ve been really good friends, Kanako….
Lastly, that was some really creative karaoke SFX gg did there. Possibly one of the best ones I’ve seen in a fansub for a while now.

Winter 2008 First Impressions: Maria+Holic
Awesome yuri anime is awesome. I already read the manga, but damn the anime rocks as well too. Truthfully, I’ve already watched the initial raw, the preairing and the subs so this really isn’t a first impression… but damn, Maria+Holic is awesome.
Kobayashi Yu is sure doing a fucking good job at Maria too, alternating between Mariya’s facade and true personality so naturally, it scares me. Combined with the fact that she’s pretty… err… “unique” in real life too. This is truly a role made for her.
Finally… Inoue Marina’s Matsurika is fucking hawt, and she’s already my number 1 Maria+Holic girl.
