KYAAAAAAA KAWAIII!!!!! Seeing Isumi in a skirt is definitely gonna be a once-in-a-blue-moon thing I guess. Although I love kimonos, but having this once in a while is pretty good too.
And this is why Hayate no Gotoku remains one of my favourite manga’s being published nowadays. Kenjiro Hata REALLY knows how to lay on the fanservice and the humor. LOL at Sakuya’s attempt at making Isumi do Shishio cosplay, hahaha.
Ahh~ so it finally ends. HnG has been a… unique show for me.
While admittedly it did not quite match up to my initial (high) expectations for it, but it somehow managed to evolve to gain an identity of its own, as the dominant gag anime of the year. Honestly, I did enjoy nearly all the episodes, and it’s one of the rare adaptations that I actually like despite the major deviations to the source material.
I find it also fitting they chose to end the first season with RADICAL DREAMERS, one of the more touching parts of the story in the manga. Isn’t it just cute Hayate did a Tokikake to the past in order to save the much younger Nagi. Ahh~ this was really one of the stronger pro-Nagi chapters in the series, considering the chapter came after Hinagiku got introduced in :P.
Anyways, I actually look forward to Season 2, and possibly another year of hijinks with the Sanzenin household and Co. More Hinagiku is ALWAYS welcome, right?

God, this episode was so full of blushing Hinagiku, I reverted in to fangirl mode, complete with giggling and shit. Hinagiku is so superior.
This is why I awarded Hayate Moe-est Male of the Year. God damn, you just can’t beat that at all. Even Hinagiku went all red on seeing it, lol.
That aside, Hayate 39 might be the best gag episode since the start of the new cour for HnG. Nekomimi-meido + Gurren Lagaan + Dragonball + Saint Seiya is gonna be hard to top.
Eyecatches like this really help too…
More madness from Nico Nico Douga. I’ll admit that this concept is wildly entertaining. Hope the original maker releases more of this. The concept is interesting to say at least.

I died laughing. That was just fucking awesome. Period. Maria-san and Saki-san meido combo is the win.
God, I need more Hayate manga. The anime is good, but it just doesn’t feel the same as the manga.
