Well, I guess that was to be expected. Surprised to know her “Gear” power even works with enemy Symphogears too! But man, that was really quite the suicidal move there.
Tsubasa’s been lacking on the giant swords attack front this season, but hey… we have Symphobike!
Even has it’s own cut-in attack move!
Now… if only she didn’t use it just to cut open a conveniently placed water tank. Hope she uses it in a real fight later!
Dr. Ver is seriously getting on the nerves.
Hm… so that’s what the subjects the FIS was collecting is for. They are all basically Finé descendents.
Welp, so Maria really isn’t Finé after all. Can’t say I’m surprised, she’s totally not showing any real signs of it. Although, it Nastassja might not be so right with that last part…
… oh dear, isn’t that barrier power somewhat familiar?
Symphogear’s really developing on two parallel plot lines right now, one focusing on Hibiki’s worsening condition and the other on the “Finé” group’s motivations and action. At this stage, I guess it’s undeniable Dr. Ver’s really gone off the rails and taking over the antagonist part of the show entirely. The fact that he actually forced the girls to sing their superb songs…. unforgivable. Thankfully enough, Hibiki managed to save them.
But the final twist of this episode…. oh man, it’s not gonna end good is it.
