Kakumeiki Valvrave 04

Kakumeiki Valvrave

Faced with utter defeat from the assaulting Dorssia fleet, the politician shows his true colors and tries to run away, leaving the students behind except Haruto and the Valvrave. Shouko gets to hear this somehow, and by stripping, she manages to convince the students to help her free Haruto. After that, Shouko decides that since both sides want the Valvrave so much, “hey, let’s just make our own state and raise the flag of resistance against Dorssia!”.

Like, wow. Just… wow. This show. This show, really.

Kakumeiki Valvrave

Even L-Elf can’t help but to realize the sheer absurdity of the show that he’s been put in to.

P.S. Four episodes in already, and we still haven’t had Valvrave-tan appear properly. At least we know she doesn’t like other people entering her.

P.P.S. The utter disregard for pacing and proper development in this episode is really reminding me so much of Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo. Which is a good thing since that was the best show too.

    L-Elf is only jealous because he wanted to do the same thing. Best girl just beat him to it.

    Now he is going to stalk Haruto for 20 episodes until they make a contract.

    LOL yeah it was hilarious that even L-Elf acknowledged how absurd the show was getting. So bad it’s good! God I haven’t been this entertained by mecha since Code Geass. Sunrise sure knows it’s stuff. If they just made it a normal half reasonable mecha show it would be just lol disappointing, but they made everything so over the top you can’t help but laugh.

    Haruto seems to have gotten a lot better at piloting too, his new GUNSCYTHEBLADE was quiet awesome looking. Although isn’t that module part of a Dyson Sphere… so doesn’t it get power from the Sun? Moving it away from the Sun and detaching it… does seem to smart. I wonder if the series will even address that issue. Then again looking at the way this series is heading it probably won’t even mention any semi-realistic problems like how the heck a bunch of kids can manage a country and how they can even get it recognized etc etc hahaha.

    @edlar

    Oh yeah, and it getting closer to BL!

    Now that Sakimori Academy becomes independent, I have a feeling that they’ll face some challenges like food and water!

    They’re probably gonna suffer with the lack of food/water sooner or later..

    Oh well, best girl. <3

    Given how the Valvrave acts as a plothax miracle device so far, it should probably be able to give Haruto the power to bite a tree and cause it to bear fruit immediately, thus solving the food problem. Or bite a rat and have it become huge and delicious. Or gnash his teeth in a puddle and have it become a beautiful, sparkling lake complete with ample freshwater fish.

    This legit gave me a good laugh. We’ll see how Sunrise solves all the silly issues of being an independent state comprised entirely of horny teenagers with a super weapon at hand.

    This show is hilarious, but fun as fuck.

    L-Elf wanted a V-sign, but he got the finger instead.

    The V-sign thing was truly hilarious. L-Elf so cute.

    @Kurogane Shiroikaze

    Yeah, but it’s not a sign of peace BTW, it’s the sign of the vampire IMO!

    Shoko = Zero role
    haruto = rolo role
    os -tan / valvrare = cc role
    L-elf = suzaku role

    Best reaction was the one guy in the crowd who, upon being informed his high school was seceding to become an independent nation, exclaimed, ‘THAT SOUNDS LIKE FUN!’ Talk about going with the flow.

    Finally some more over-the-top events. Guilty Geass my ass: this is better than the two combined! Though we made it again to that all-kids-nation/state/organization situation again, I guess Sunrise, being Sunrise, has something up it’s sleeve, I hope.

    But before that, why did they need to do that to their module? Where are they gonna get supplies now? From Arus? How will these kids pull of their independence? I get that their strategy using Valvrave as a hostage, its a workable plan afterall. But really….

    Well the senator, traitorous bastard he is, did ask the question. Let’s just hope Sunrise pull this off.
