My Teenage RomCom SNAFU 01

Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru

Yukino-sama maji tenshi~

Yes, Oregairu is another one of those “goddamned long LN title anime” so if you have already developed a chronic dislike for these shows, probably best to not even start on it.

On the other hand, I found myself pretty much watching the show to listen to Hayamin’s awesome Yukinoshita, so I’ll admit I enjoyed it despite the show being mostly very talky. Helps as well that there was an instant chemistry between Hachiman and Yukinoshita, even if it’s of the explosive type… for now.

This show reminds me of Haganai… Good start, but it’s not like this show would be a harem anime.

uh, I really didnt think this would get an anime adaption, I read the manga some months ago and it was, yeah, funny, but nothing I would have expected to watch as an anime xD

Meh, this show wasn’t that good so far, Yui’s character design and Hachiman/Yukino chemistry were the only good points imo. Hayami doesn’t fit that well with Yukino’s personality though, she’s not cut for the bitchy attitude. Also, Hachiman gets on my nerves for being such a whiny snob when in truth he’s just another spineless main character. Will be giving this show a chance to change my mind, but if it continues like that I won’t bother finishing it.

Yukinon is going to be REALLY fun (looking forward to some royal putdowns of her next episode), and for once we get a male lead who can hold his own to a decent degree.

    Sold. Season ticket.

Oh, and I have to support Hayate ;) … Kurogane, you want to check out Hataraku Maou-sama. The way the story is going to develop is gonna be just up your alley, with lots of HNNNNGGGGHHHH moments *grins*
