Da Capo III

Da Capo III heading to sci-fi territory. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, but having the banana robot do all the exposition is really odd.

Well, at least it was compensated with Ricca finally getting in some action with Taka-kun.

Odd that she (and apparently Shirakawa Nanaka) are unchanged when the entire world is different though.

Crazy theorycrafting (never played the games): I remember seeing the alternate world images of a clock tower and Sakura in a robe in the CG set for DC2. So maybe after merging with the tree in DC2, instead of becoming a depowered magical log, Sakura popped into an alternate world? And got to meet Ricca there, then shenanigans occur and they both pop into this world, minus some memories, setting up the beginning of DC3?

The flashback of Nanaka in Yuzu’s exposition is from Nanaka’s path in DCII when Yuzu was really young, we still haven’t seen Nanaka in the present.

    The Blogger’s Space-Time Dissonance Theory

Something similar to the idea that at times, bloggers seem to be able write posts about shows ahead of their actual airing time.

    Also includes rick-rolling for Funsies
