So not only she’s failed in her love, her dreams are gone too…. and yet she’s still persevering on to save Sakura-sou and send everyone else off with a smile at the end. This show totally doesn’t deserve such a good girl like her T_T
Probably one of the first genuinely good episodes of Sakurasou since the Xmas episode, the stage moves to the gang trying to save their dorm from destruction by retarded bureaucrats who think that drawing manga = useless.
Along the way, Ryuunosuke’s traumatic past got touched upon by Meido-chan and Rita, which turns out to be slightly… well, mostly his fault. I won’t judge him any further than that. Still, his bluntness and analytical skills are probably much needed by the Sakurasou gang given how useless they can be at situations not belonging under their respective talents/temperaments. Meido-chan working together with Rita to help him get out of his shell was real nice too.
And of course, Nanami… the poor girl’s fortitude is really something even after experiencing both her love and dreams fly out from her grasp. What a good girl… truly, what a good girl she is! I felt it sooooo hard when she first announced her failure with that smile on her face… then the killer bit declaring she won’t cry until it’s over that had me going for my tissues for the first time in a while. I’ve really grown to like her a lot now. Sigh, the poor girl.
Episode ends ominously enough with Mashiro…
Yes, I think we all know what’s coming next week.
