It’s pretty obvious where they spent most of this episode’s budget on: that entire sequence after the Shogun gets hit by the can. Holy crap that was some high-framecount can crushing animation. Even the battle scenes usually don’t look that good.
Its great seeing Gintama` back with new episodes again. It’s one of the few shows were I’m really laughing out loud. By the time shogun appeared I could hardly breathe anymore.
Actually, the shogun’s sister appeared WAY back in one of the season 1 episodes. Trust that gorilla author to bring back a seemingly one-time character XD

Haha, it was in one of the episodes of season 2 IIRC. The entire thing was done as a silent montage. Not surprising if you forgot.
