Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru 01

OreShura

Yukarin power way too strong hnnnnngggghhhhhh

OreShura

I am already hot for you, Yukarin.

OreShura

Yes, I will gladly take you away!

OreShura

Oh dear, dat smile.

OreShura

…. definitely commando there.

OreShura

well……. IF YOU SAY SO!

OreShura

But but but but…. that’s a really serious question!

OreShura

Oh gawd, Masuzu, what are those poses? I’m not supposed to be watching JoJo!

OreShura

Indeed, the Net is truly a scary place….

OreShura

Oh yes, I would’ve given up way earlier and stopped that futile struggling.

Well, well. I wasn’t really expecting to enjoy OreShura this much. I do follow the manga version of the story and so far it’s been rather bland harem antics so I have zero expectations or hope in that part for this show….

But things sure change when you get a A+ class seiyuu as your show’s heroine though! I really enjoyed the heck out of Yukarin’s performance as Masuzu, and she really pinned down her character down to a ‘T’. I was especially enjoying the parts where she acts out Eita’s diary entries, complete with voice changes too. And those poses too! God, I’m hopeless aren’t I?

Unfortunately, as if to counter-balance that Yukarin performance, Chinatsu Akasaki’s performance as Chiwa was pretty damned wooden, thus boring the socks off me during the first half of this episode. Man, she was kind of decent as Chu2koi’s Nibutani, but I totally felt nothing for her Chiwa performance. It even feels like she’s just forcing herself in to the role too, at times. Still, she’s supposed to be the other main heroine sooooooo….. ┐(‘~`;)┌

Well, I can live with it as long as Yukarin continues to excel in her role! Bring on Motekawa-sensei Masuzu!

    STARLIGHTTTTT BREAKERRRRRRR!

Also I’ve seen at least 50 Jojo references in the manga, someone definitely is a huge fan. I can’t help but think this is somehow riding the waves of Chunibyou from last season from Chu2 and K, adding in Jojo for the kicks.

Hmm……maybe I should consider giving this show a chance?

What does the sound of a virus infecting your computer sound like?
Its funny to see her listen for that.
“The internet is a scary place.”
Also, I’d like to point out the manga is far more detailed in the fact that Kidou decided to become a doctor solely to prevent Chiwa from being sick and lonely, pretty decent portrayal in the manga at least.
Nibutani’s VA was definitely using the voice after she gets silenced by Dekomori’s quotations of Mori Summer’s Mabinogion. So high pitched whining haha.

Oh, I suppose the part about him being a doctor for Chiwa’s sake will be done later on. Don’t want to info dump so much for the first episode.

Didn’t know Jojo anime actually got popular enough to get parodied. I’m glad.

Pretty much all I got from this episode, though.

Starlight Breaker is not effective unless there is background residual magic.
You need to start off with…

    DIVINE BUUUUUSSSSSSTTTEEEEEEEERRR! first

Agreed to that! Of course, Masuzu having no panties reminds me of the time when Yamada from B Gata H Kei wears nothing underneath!

You do realize this was announced before they aired… not to mention that the LN was released before Chu2…

APPARENTLY I’M NOT DONE. I was just going watching all the new anime openings and suddenly I find one more.

Doppio communicates with Diavolo with any number of objects such as a frog or a young girl’s ice cream cone.

Dude, this manga got 25 years of run. It’s more than enough to get parodied here and there like Dragon Ball, Gundam, Hokuto no Ken, Sailor Moon and Ashita no Joe.
