Dammit, Reki. Dammit, A-1. Dammit, Sugou!
So yeah… I never really was a fan of “those scenes” that I’m sure everyone who watched this week is probably talking about. I mean it makes almost really no sense except to just provide some fanservice. Why are the scientists in those slug bodies? Why would someone leave the GM access card at that console? Why did they have to use tentacles? Why is everyone else in brain form? Why even build that room inside the server when they can just monitor shit from their own consoles? This part is really weak and terrible… pretty much only serves to provide us with the fanservice. Which I’m sure everyone has opinions on.
On the other hand, what’s happening IRL is a bit more interesting and heart-wrenching too…
Finally meeting Asuna… Suguha grasps the insurmountable obstacle to her own feelings very clearly here.
Of course… such a heartbreak is almost impossible to keep in by herself ;_;
And she shares it with…. well, let’s just say when she finds out it’s gonna result in some awkwardness ^^;;… poor girl.
Of course, next week will be seeing Suguha finally finding out… and hopefully some real action as the “Grand Quest” title implies.
Really nice end card of Asuna this week too, I suppose to make up for her suffering in the episode this week…
