Oh wow, the sentai episode was way more happening than I expected. It’s kinda fun to see them perform, but when a real crime suddenly occurs and Wien chases him so doggedly, I can’t help but to respect his passion for the idea of justice. Plus singing the thief in to submission? Priceless.

Let’s not forget as well, Sawa’s mom joining in the fun as one of the bad guys too!

I really don’t mind having Noto in more roles like this ( ゚∀゚)アハハ八八ノヽノヽノヽノ \ / \/ \

The sub-plot this time revolves around the Vice Principal who gets her memories with Wakana’s mom revived as she deals with the “terrible” thing about to happen to the school (still don’t know what it is). I admit, I nearly teared up over the memories of her final visit to Mahiru, with Mahiru telling her frankly she hasn’t got long and asking her to help her daughter out. Looks like she was really shaken up by that and never really recovered over it yet. Can’t deny I feel a little bad for her too.

Next week looks to be the prep episode before the school festival, doesn’t seem like much big things going from the preview, but Wakana trying to complete her song.

How can you not post the shot of Wakana’s wink?

The part at the end where the whole group broke into song just made me think, “they should do this as their on-stage performance during the festival”

Like a musical it has both acting and singing, just what Konatsu wanted… they’ve already gotten some good practice in, and then the silly part-time job they participated in would end up looking like serious prep work- a good slap in the face for those snobby vocal group girls.

Maybe doing a sentai show is a little too cheesy for high-school, but I definitely think something similar would be good.

I think the implication is that there’s going to be a massive renovation of the school planned (note the surveyors), which might involve the demolition of the present school structure.

Amen to that pal! Cheesy, yet effective with a pinch of hot-blooded passion!

I’m guessing the school is gonna be closed down and another building is gonna be built to replace it (shopping mall? entertainment park? stadium?).
