Guilty Crown 22

Guilty Crown

Man, I find it hilarious the robot helper gets like the best ending of the cast. A wife and three kids? Damn man, damn.

I’m just glad the ending was done quite conclusively, wrapping up most of the loose ends. Sure, the death toll was probably lower than I liked, but ah well, it was a pretty crazy world filled with crazy people. Some people deserve second chances. Even if it’s going to be a life of normalcy and foreveraloneliness.

<Hitman66> shu hasn’t reach 5000 war assets yet
<Hitman66> that’s why he can’t save inori

You are too forgiving, Kuro. There were so many wasted characters in this show.

Kenji: he was supposed to be a serial murderer, now it turns out that he is a super hacker on par with Tsugumi???

Daryl: what did they want to do with his character, really? First he was a coldblooded murderer then they tried to redeem him and they paired him with Tsugumi. Finally he became an antagonist again and all the ship tease went nowhere…

Gai: “I became a bad guy so that you could stop me and Mana”. Keikaku doori, indeed…

Keido: what was his motivation? Proving that he was better than Kurosu? Why did he kill himself with the Apocalypse Virus? I don’t get it!

Arisa: she whored herself for Gai, he didn’t give a shit. In the end she learned nothing, she was still fighting for that jerkass. I really thought that she was a goner but… :(

And I don’t even want to touch the subject of the Da’at…

The ballet part was really ODD for me, it might look good on paper, but to execute it in anime is really out-of-place for me.
Also, the tension build b/w Haruka and Koudou just drop like that is disappointing; no big secret revealing, no emotional trauma or anything!! Koudou just stab himself w/ virus and dead. So, what is his role in the amime again? Someone please remind me…..

Also, the producer should use Supercell better. I mean, only 2 songs? really? they could have insert a new songs when Inori was sing in ep24. I though they want to make more money…. oh well, I guess I was wrong….

Overall, the story does flow w/ some rocky plot holes. I enjoy the most are the coloring/details of the anime. My least favor is the character development, like Shu switch from a tyrant to a normal in 1 ep. Man that was fast.
The relationship b/w Shu and Inori never seems to pass the “be there for you” and “comfort”.
I wish the writers of Death Note and Code Geass would work TOGETHER.
