Shakugan no Shana Final 23

Shakugan no Shana Final

Lol, in the end, both sides got their way after all. I guess… this was a good ending?

And I am very impressed with Snake of the Festival acknowledging the efforts of Shana and the Flame Hazes. After all that… it doesn’t feel like he was a very bad guy after all. Well, he certainly did know how to bow out in style. That’s for sure.

Of course, the battle still had its casualties…

A job well done, Khamsin. A job well done..

Now, we’ve still got the tsundere couple to resolve their quarrel… even after all that, they still want to see who wears the pants in their relationship? Dammit, get a room you two! Ah well, this can’t possibly end any worse than Mass Effect 3….

(..and yes, I missed on the last two episodes because my subber of choice was derping around for those. Deal with it.)

so are they going to end the battle in just one episode, god vs myste (very obvious we know who is winning) and xanadu already create and what reason they still continue fighting ? i do hope they do prequel of shakugan no shana the first contractor

I like how in the end the snake allowed the Flame Hazes to get what they wanted. At the end of the day all their fighting could’ve easily been made obsolete and we could have had one of the most TROLL endings ever. But I like this ending a lot as well.

    Also goodnight, sweet prince ;_;

“because my subber of choice was derping around for those” – at least they didn’t change this habit during their hibernation break :P

You know, every once in a while your TL, editor or encoder goes on trips. We’re all grown-ups with fulltime jobs, so it DOES happen, you know ;) … student days have been over for quite a while.

    Derp derp…

Ah, I do miss the glory days of Eclipse. Though nowadays, Crunchyroll seems to be doing a good job instead.

Almost heartening to know this was all due to them.

    Still… it’s been a long time :)

The subbers of old how we miss you. Eclipse really was one of the greats

The same subbers of old are still there. They just have less time on their hands, so average release turnarounds sind 2 days instead of 1.

“s/sind/are” I see which language you just used there ! Anyways Eclipse was the first sub group I remember watching. First Shana season was like the 5th anime I watched (w/o Dragon Ball, Pokemon and the likes) and whenever Eclipse subbed an anime I was watching I waited for them to release (which took quite some time on occasions :P). Quality over speed imo. Hope the gonna stop hibernating after Shana F don’t think so though.

Well, so much for the final battle… All of the Denizens (or Tomogara, by Eclipse) have migrated to the new world and the bloodshed was over!

Still, I hope Shana would return to her tsundere side on the last episode? I miss her “Urusai Urusai Urusai!!!” catchphrase.

This episode really drives home the idea that this anime has way too many deus ex machinas (literally).

Well, you may thank to these three gods on this show… They’re playing just like they’re meant to be!
