But the last straw is definitely coming from Kaito…

This conversation really made me think a lot better of Kaito too. At this point, Kanna hasn’t “officially” made it clear to him about her feelings, so he doesn’t have to go open that can of worms, but he still wants to do so as he truly thinks of Kanna as a friend and owes her a proper answer too.

Finally, even Tetsurou can’t hold it in anymore…

Meanwhile, Kanna finally gets it out…

… and Kaito, practised master of rejecting, calmly responds to it. Goddamnit, it’s like he’s experienced with getting confessed to by girls or something.

Still, that’s one load off Kanna’s back for sure.

If last week was the week where the main couple got their affirmation, this week is purely on the rest of the cast, especially Tetsurou. While I admit he’s been playing dirty a little, it’s his inability to break out of the “childhood friend” mould that really cripples his love life. Which is why I was surprised with Mio being straightforwardly confronting his feelings for Kanna this week. That girl sure has changed. Plus, I really found it touching she appeared after his failed confession and did the same thing Tetsurou did last week too. Seriously… I want her to win be happy. Choose well, Tetsurou. Choose well…

Of course, even if the love issues are untangled, there’s still other issues in the way…

New character appearance! Well, even Ichika has family that worries about her. Now, that her sister (who by the way, I’m getting same vibes as from Kaito’s sister www) has tracked her down… how will her just budding relationship with Kaito go on?
