So it’s Zen now, instead of Gen eh?
But finally, some REAL action.
AWWWWWWWW YEAAAAAAAAAH MUGEN PUNCH.
Oh man, it circled the Earth.
OH LOL, IT TORE DOWN THE BERLIN WALL.
GEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNN!! Er, I meant, ZEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!
Well, this was a fairly entertaining episode, since it brought back Gen/Zen and the Mugen Attack. It’s not Aquarion without those two, you know. I am starting to really enjoy the show and it might actually turn out to be something much better than expected.
Bunch of new characters this time around. First up is Schrade and he’s got a fairly… interesting power that he doesn’t seem to reluctant to use, although it seems he’s not all good physically. Yuuichi Nakamura’s Mykage (Mikage?) finally awakens too, giving the show its first real antagonist? Then, there’s also Crea, the loli I mentioned last week, appearing for a one-liner that suggests an interesting past with Zen. Color me surprised when I found out that Crea’s voiced by Sakura Tange, though.
So… why is Zen banning love despite allowing the wall to be torn down. Looks like the Aquarion Disaster 9 years ago must’ve been something pretty bad if he needs to that. Guess something will be done next week about it, given the preview. Oh Zessica~~
