Gai just gets better as a character every week, while Shu is barely improving despite everything.

Well this episode, while decent, could have used some improvements on everything that wasn’t focused on Gai. Even the action scenes were fucking lazy this week, like when Inori showed off her badass pistol pose, but then the shooting itself got panned to a bunch of bullets flying around. Even the Endlave battles were like pans and stills orz. Felt like they just spent most of the action quota on Gai’s solo Endlave takedown and Shu’s Void Cannon sequence. I guess it was kinda awesome he managed to combine the Voids.

Next week’s preview looks like half school life, half action time, as Gai gets to show off his bishounen charm yet again. God damn, it’s like they are making Shu as pathetic as possible in order to bring out the awesomeness of Gai even more. Herp derp.

Also A-1 is so fucking shrewd, mixing in Chihaya’s emo past thing inside Lady Taka’s episode. Luckily Lady Taka is awesome enough to not get affected by it hurr.

Oh dear god Gintama is really pushing the envelope with this one. I think it got to a point the Gundam references kinda stopped being laugh-out-loud quality too…. although fucking Sakamoto sitting there trying to sell Gin-san off while he’s facing a horde of Renho was pretty hillarious.

Guess who they got as Elizabeth’s seiyuu as well for this arc….

Hint: Voiced a very prominent Gundam hero.

Fuck yea!! Awesome triple-combo takedown there by Yarizui, Shaga and Satou.

Man why is a show about fighting over half-priced bentos is at least twice as GAR as the other action shows of the season? I’m actually putting this on the top of the BRW list every Sunday now. Can’t wait for next week too, magazine spoilers say it’s a swimsuit fanservice episode. Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!

Oh god Katanashi-kun’s breakdown was so fucking hilarious, even moreso when it was caused by seeing Inami talking to Yamada’s brother. Ahahahahaha that feeling of NTR jealousy.
