The iDOLM@STER 20

The iDOLM@STER

Well, that was a pretty nicely executed episode. Please forgive me for not shedding “manly tears” at the Promise sing-along though.

Don’t worry, you’re not the only one. I was really close though.

    This was a great episode.

I couldn’t hold back the tears when she started singing, the emotion conveyed in her expression was simply beautiful.

Great song. I was expecting Nemuri Hime the whole time leading up to this episode, but a new song is all good, too. Like Aeroblip, I was very close, but I think the time constraint of a TV episode made things feel just ever so slightly rushed, so they couldn’t milk and massage it long enough to really get the tears going (for me).

Not that an episode has to breach the tear point to be amazing. The whole series has been special, since we know that the production staff are also big fans and not just simply fulfilling a contract.

Meh, not a fan of hers, in the like scale of this anime, she is very low…
And everything felt clichéd to me, so, not even close to shed a manly tear either…

I’ll admit that I didn’t really like the episode until around the middle. It got better from there though and I thought the ending was great.

To be honest I wouldn’t have minded just staring at the picture of Miki hugging Chihaya in the ED instead of watching a majority of the episode. Made me somewhat fuzzy inside.

I blame you and this screenshot for making watch this episode… followed by the whole series! xD
