I actually felt truly sorry for Ringo in this episode. I really did. And that was also before Yuri took her out for a Fabulous Max night too. That part is really making me go (ಠ_ಠ) all over the place right now.

Holy fucking shit, is this REALLY Ainama doing the character all alone? I mean, I can still recognise her in psychotic shota-mode Inga, but when she henshin’ed in to sexy lady boss mode, I totally fucking lost it.

Other than Aki surprising the socks off me, UN-GO looks like a pretty interesting take on the detective genre. There’s a sort of self-parodying touch here I quite like, but it also takes itself seriously enough to feel like a proper detective genre show. I guess the readers of the original works by Ango Sakaguchi would probably appreciate or more (or less?). Still, I can say it’s a keeper for now.

Delicious redjuice character designs brought to life is delicious.

Goddamnit, Fate／Zero, stop turning me into Shin. Ilya is normally pretty damn cute already, but in loli form it’s pretty much a WMD.

Man, I just realized the best scenes of Fate／Zero to me so far are all the loli scenes (yes, including Sakura’s), derp.

Well, it’s not all just lolis that are good though, Rider is turning out to be one pretty awesome bro…

As for the others, firstly god damn that fucker Bluebeard. I’ve heard of his… “unpleasantness” but damn, that’s some pretty sick shit he likes to do there. And Gilgamesh. Fucking fabulous as usual isn’t he? Poor Assassin #1 had no chance.

The ED animation is pretty well done too, with the shots of all the Servant’s previous lives, but I’m a little sad there’s not claymation lol. Yet.

That Yuki Kajiura sound track is sounding really good so far too, like the music where Irisviel talks to Saber. I just wish it will be a separate purchase instead of a BD LE extra :/. I don’t think I’ll be collecting the BD’s since it’s going to be like 2x the price of Madoka plus the killer exchange rate (4.1 MYR = 100 yen orz)

Ah.. one of the shows that started my blogging hobby. The three-year delay really hasn’t been kind to my memory. Now I think I gotta go back and rewatch the second season, but luckily, the entire first episode is basically a memory refresher course plus setting the new direction of the series as well.

For one, Shana feels a lot more mature now that Yuji’s gone, but otherwise the rest of the cast hasn’t felt like they’ve changed much. Really, there’s not much to pick on this episode for me, except for the beginning teaser, which unfortunately was already aired earlier haha.

One good change though is the music of the show. KOTOKO’s still doing the OP, but with supercell’s ryo doing composition, the song is feels really fresh yet still retains the general feel of the Shana OP’s so far. ED is totally different now with ALTIMA doing it, going for more of a dance number than the reflective feel of the ED’s in the first two seasons. Song isn’t bad really, but I guess it doesn’t feel right as an ED. I guess it did make an interesting mood-setter for Yuuji’s ascension to the Seireiden’s throne though LOL.
