Well, well. Now we’ve even got a ship of death named… Slyvius. Gonzo sure is pulling out all the stops on making this a tribute to the original Exile aren’t they?

I was really surprised to see that the Ades Federation is actually ruled by a loli. Looking more and more that the main theme of war is the original inhabitants vs the returners from Exile. Judging by the number of “moons” in the sky, it looks like there’s still five more Exiles to be “unlocked”, plus the one we know of that is controlled by Alviss. Ahh… I wonder if she’s on Slyvius.

That said, it’s incredible how Gonzo managed to flip the “evil” image of the Ades Federation by showing their motivations of the war. They have a genuine reason for the war, i.e. lack of sustainable resources, but it looks like the real trigger is related to Augusta’s late mother, Farahnaz. Remains to see what exactly caused her death until a war was waged for ten years or so.

Anyways, I’m glad Gonzo is making this show a lot more interesting that I expected from it, with the addition of the morally ambiguous themes plus doing actual world building for the Exile-verse. Already can’t wait for this Friday again!

Well, damn. Yuuji is finally showing how bad of an ass he’s become. Yeah, this is what I have been waiting for. Poor Shana was really outclassed by him this week.

Also, we finally learn what is exactly the “Silver” that Margery has been chasing all this while. Turns out it’s a fragment of Sairei no Hebi, that responds to strong emotions in humans etc. etc. So it turns out that what Margery had been chasing for was actually a materialization of all her hatred and anger. Predictably, this leads to mental breakdown… so I guess she’ll be out of the game for a few more weeks.

No matter, I just want to see Yuuji/Sairei no Hebi dress up Shana in frilly laces anyways ( ﾟ∀ﾟ)ｱﾊﾊ八八ﾉヽﾉヽﾉヽﾉ ＼ / ＼/ ＼

Oh lol. Even Saber has a breaking point when it comes to waitressing.

Shingo’s expression made this scene 10x funnier, especially considering what just happened between them before they bumped in to each to other at the mart. That mixture of “ahh, so that’s why she was worrying the whole day about finishing work” and “Sena-san is a lot more homely than I thought” plus “it looks like I have something on her now kekeke” really hits home there.

Really, this show is turning out to be surprisingly better than I would expect.

What the fuck just happened in this show? Everyone went nutso!

I don’t know if the show is genius or pure batshit insane anymore.
