Steins;Gate 14

Steins;Gate

Haha, Kurisu so moe this week. First with the Kyouma impression and then the “I made the time leap machine da~ze~!”

I really don’t quite get the “My spoon” and “My fork” thing though, I suspect it’s a 2chan meme, but I can’t help but leap to sexual thoughts about it… *ahem*

Pretty eventful episode on the second half though, since the first half was more futile struggling against the fates that kill Mayuri. Suzuha also finally reveals her true identity as the time traveler from 2036 and also the “John Titor” on the BBS boards. Turns out that satelite that crash landed was her time machine too. Hope we’ll see more badass scenes from her.

    Suzuha is my favorite.

    She’s got a spoon and wants a fork, that sounds suspicious, even more when she blushes like that…

    She means that she can’t use chopsticks and would like very much to have a fork. How is that not obvious? I mean, she was educated in the US, remember?

    Can anyone explain to me why, for just a brief instant, Mayuri is shown as a jelly man? If you can’t do it without spoiling something, I’d prefer not to know. But, it definitely caught my eye.

    @Wolf:

    My guess is that in one of the scenarios in which the SERN rounders won’t kill Mayuri, they capture her, and use her as a guinea pig in one of their black hole-time travel experiments, killing her.

    Chris is killing me. I don’t know how many times I’ve looped “Screw you, future me…”

    The first half was exceptionally rage-inducing with hysterical Okabe flailing around in a retarded fashion, and I was literally wanting to YELL at him to TALK TO HIS COMPANIONS for crying out loud. Fortunately Chris intervened (the true brain of the group) and began to sort things out. She’s the highlight of the show for me: Showing all the good things of a baseline tsundere without being annoying at all (Kugiyama Rie, take note!)

    Wonderful story, again…

    @ wolf for spoiling the fun…

    Kurisu-tina is just damn awesome. That’s how tsundere’s should be!! She’s far more moe than watching dumb lolis get violent and cock block themselves. Loli cuteness alone can only get you so far.

    I think Spoon and Fork can be related to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1TnzCiUSI0

    Sorry, tsunderes still suck, and not the good type of suck. Really, her personality’s so two-sided and disjoint that it’s not even funny. I always have that feeling anime’s shallow and forced (esp. with y’know one person talking and everybody else FREEZES IN PLACE AND DOESN’T MOVE and then talks and then EVERYBODY FREEZES) due to technical limitations etc. but seriously, tsunderes just creep me out. Nobody’s like that in real life…

    Anyways, hating aside, her blushing obviously implies that she wants to be part of a threesome and that Okabe’s already in it because of how spoonful his hea*shot*

    Finally, this post didn’t have much content, did it? :v I recommend you move that ‘of course’ picture to the bottom, and add ‘from her and Kurisu.’ to the end.

    @As that makes a lot of sense in hindsight but where’d you get that info from?

    @Mentar
    Sure you like ChristTINA, but the charm of the shows also lies with Okabe, I love both Christina and Okabe chemistry with each other.

    And you need a match and wood to start a fire. And its the case with Steins Gate as well. Well I do find Mayuri annoying like hell oth, (well maybe I don’t like ignorant people) but well not everyone is into science…so okay…just maybe…
