Awesome catchphrase is awesome
Wow, this was actually not half-bad.
It’s like a weird mix of The Incredibles, City of Heroes, Call of Duty and of course, the giant advertising agency that Sunrise has become. Then again, Sunrise usually fucks up towards the late middle/end so we’ll have to see later on. At least it doesn’t seem that the bigger the company the more powerful the Hero bearing their brand is. I mean, UStream can’t be richer than Bandai or Pepsi lulz.
For a first episode, it does quite a decent job of introducing the main players, setting and story while also offering a good hook to continue watching the show and being entertaining throughout. I’ll be sticking along for the ride for a few weeks just to see how it goes and hopefully doesn’t try to be a trainwreck.
Funnily enough, the Hulu rips appeared way earlier than the Japanese raws. Wonder if this will be the trend for the show throughout the season. Seeing Hulu ads in my anime feels awkwardly weird, ahaha.
