Ore no Imouto 04

Okay, before we go on, let’s just get this out of the way first eh?

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

You may now fap for 5 minutes.

Right, done? Now, with that single biggest distraction1 of the episode out of the way, let me talk about the best parts of the episode this week.

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

WLM OreImo version

Hey, someone wanna code this up like the Durarara! one? www

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

Man, Saori was being so generally awesome this week. Don’t you wish you could see her real face?

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

Kirino shutting up when her friends started to seriously run their mouths about Kyousuke. HURR HINT HINT HURR.

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

Kirino’s moe face is always so awesome.

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

Kyousuke’s epic nutcracker evade, which led in to the epic “falling down on my imouto in the most ecchi way possible” combo.

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

Kirino getting excited like a little kid when Saori invites her to meet the doujinshi artists she likes.

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

Kuroneko’s expression when Kirino casually removes her coat. I must also mention the extra points she gets with the nekomimi hair accessory too!

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

Kuroneko’s Crowning Moment of Heartwarming this week when she beats the pro player on stage to win a special edition item for Kirino.

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

And Kirino’s tsundere reaction mode upon receiving it. Frankly, that would be really funny to watch in real life if it even happened.

Ah man, aside from the BIG DAMN DISTRACTION fanservice this week, this was a pretty enjoyable episode of OreImo, especially in the second half with Saori and Kuroneko making an appearance. It’s always fun to watch Kirino and Kuroneko bickering in their tsundere-for-each-other mode.

As for the big cliffhanger ending this week… I can’t wait for the episode next week already.

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

Sure, Ayase might look like she’s a kind person and all…

Ore no Imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai!

… but well, never judge a book by it’s cover as they say. I just love how spoiler-ish the title is this week. Nishishishishi~

P.S. Seriously people, don’t do this in real life.

1 BTW, am I the only one who noticed how Kirino’s dress, which looked like a one-piece in earlier shots of it, magically separated in to two when Kyousuke fell on her? Or maybe I am just not that knowledgeable about women’s clothing ?_?.

What about it being a two piece from the start and the top piece just covering the skirt?

    About your 1st screenshot:
that couldn’t be avoided, since the Light Novel also contained that shot o.O

About the avatars, here’s the Kuroneko’s one from the previews:

And lol @Kuroneko’s casual clothes looking as if she was cosplaying xD

Kuroneko just scored more points on my ranking for being hardcore video game player!
Her “mutual tsundere” with Kirin was most funny too.
But I think the “accidental pervert fall” was way over the top (no pun intended). It would be better for Kyosuke to take the groin kick, umm, head-on.

They handled the “boy falls on girl” scene in a unique fashion, as far as that scenes goes…and yet, it was still the same thing we’ve seen so many times and totally unnecessary. I’m going to try to forget it happened and stay in my whole word of OreImo being completely, flawlessly awesome. :P

The cliffhanger was terrific…can’t wait until next week, and just holding myself back from starting to read OreImo…

    What Ryn said. It’s 2-piece…

It sure didn’t look like a 2-piece until they fell. Oh well.

Don’t do what in real life? All I attempted to do was trying to bond with my little sister but you know how that turned out.

Seriously, if my post cannot convince all you siscon faggots that a real sister isn’t quite what Japanese cartoons portray them to be, I don’t know what will

I for one expect epic duel between Ayase and Kuroneko. Ayase: how can you befriend such weirdos. Kuroneko: insert her way of badmouthing while pretending to be polite.

@Shin: “Real sisters” really aren’t any particular way considering they’re individual people and not some sort of collective.

Shin: The only true siscon I know happens to have sister. Infact, you’d be surprised on how many siscons do, but have no interest in their real little sister. Maybe some Lurk Moar ™ would be in order?

oddly enough KATE happens to be one of the pseudonyms the underappreciated composer of Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night music goes by.

So this is what Kyousuke means when he says he plays games with in his sister’s room about doing indecent things to little sisters. Good thing his dad isn’t there, or else Kyousuke’s not going to just get a punch in the face.

Seriously though, I thought that scene was unnecessary and actually detracted from the overall presentation of the show.

What i do want to see is Kyousuke RAEG QUITTING after enduing enough of Kirino’s tsun.

Was that scene in the novels or did the anime just add it in there for the hell of it?? I don’t know why every anime has to have one of those scenes. I’ll just pretend I never saw that because Ore no Imouto has been an overall good watch.

Fuck you, Kirino. I hope shit happens to you and that your brother ignores you for good.

    Three cheers for Ayase.

    >>Was that scene in the novels or did the anime just add it in there for the hell of it??

It was in the novels. Everything so far is following the novels properly, from what I hear.

    >>300+ screen caps and these are all you put up?

Let’s just say I had good filtering skills.

    >>Three cheers for Ayase.

No Manami this week makes me sad [That’s MADNESS!]. Though Kuroneko & Saori were awesome so that in some way makes up for it. I am a big fan for sis-type chars. but for this show, Kirino is my lest favorite char. so far. Maybe that will change after seeing how Ayase is like next week.

Its not too dissimilar from the manga.

That said, Kirino was mostly in what as far as I can tell a top and a VERY short skirt in the manga. I’m glad I wasn’t the only person who wondered how the one-piece became 2 parts. (http://imgur.com/LK11U.png)

(OreImo is one of the few moments where all those years of Chinese education become worth it)
