Working!! 10

Working!!

Hmm…. time for some Work—FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF YAMADA KOTORI FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

This was a very cute Inami-centric episode. Our favourite boudere finally realizes her true feelings for Takanashi…

Working!!

Working!!

Working!!

LOL Poplar-chan. Nice face there, heh.

It’s not helped by the fact that Takanashi’s getting pushy-er on her too…

Working!!

Working!!

Working!!

Ouch, lol. Oh well, Takanashi can take it.

Working!!

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF YAMADA-TENCHOU.

Nazuna turns busy body after spotting Inami and Takanashi “holding hands” together.

Working!!

Man, she is actually the tallest girl in the shop. Not to mention her boobs beat Inami’s flat down too.

Aiming for Inami’s relationship with onii-chan…

Working!!

Working!!

… Nazuna inadvertently discovers a dark secret about him. If you ask me, the sisters had quite a bit to do with it too, you know.

Working!!

But it’s okay, the bonds of family are stronger than love!

Fairly entertaining episode of Working!!, but after last week’s plateau, this week’s one didn’t really made much of an impact to me. They’re still teasing us with Matsumoto though, for some reason she doesn’t seem like she’ll ever get introduced properly or join in the main cast’ antics.

The little side plot about Yachiyo “serving” Satou because Kyouko is off for a business trip for a week made some entertaining fodder too, but overall it was pretty painful to watch in the end. Why can’t he just get it straight with her and confess! Does he really want to be “best friends” only?! Sighhhhhhhhhh………..

Well, to be fair, Satou did confess to her. The ball’s in her court now. It’s kind of tough to force someone who isn’t really interested in you to make a choice, and he seems to expect it to be unrequited (his reactions when she gets wishy-washy are priceless).

In the next ep maybe we’ll get to know why Satou doesn’t confess to her directly.
At least it will be a Satou-centered (Yachiyo-centered) episode, according to the preview.

Ironically their interaction is my main motivation for watching this show :p Obviously it has to get resolved sooner or later…but right now I find it far too entertaining to just let go :).

This episode was indeed somewhat underwhelming compared to the previous one.
The androphobia was good for a couple of lols in the beginning but it gets repetitive fast…another episode completely dedicated to it is not something I look forward to (though it seems inevitable plot-wise).

I wonder if the rest of the cast even realizes Matsumoto is there.

Oh glorious misunderstandings! I had to chuckle at the new kind of havoc Nazuna’s ‘discovery’ would cause at the Takanashi household, especially if the knowledge of it spreads to her older sisters. Ah well, at least she has her brother’s best interests in mind, and THANKFULLY the anime production team didn’t go with the ‘Yandere CD’ route.

Jun and Yachiyo focus again in the next episode! Should be fun.

Like I said – Inami answered the question Nazuna didn’t ask… and now Nazuna thinks her brother’s even more of a freak. However, I’d have expected more of a response from Yachiyo to Kyoukyamada, which was disappointing. Although the way Souma exploited her loneliness by setting her on ‘serving’ Satou was better than some of the Inami-punching stuff. Especially since Satou didn’t WANT to be served like Kyouko, which made him rather upset… especially once she got back.

It still needs more Poplar, damn it.

Yeah, Poplar is overdue a focus episode of her own. I mean, compared to all the other people working at Wagnaria, she’s relatively *normal*, with her only quirks being short and a little clumsy.

so many shows would lose their interest if all the characters just straight up confessed

    “Oh glorious misunderstandings!”

This misunderstanding actually pissed me off, both on how I could see it coming, and on how I felt the execution was lacking. Or how easily Nazuna seemed to trust Inami in this case.
