K-ON!! 07

K-ON!!

Girl meets girl

K-ON!!

LOL, the previous student council president is the founder of the Mio’s fanclub. I fucking lol’ed.

Too bad she had to graduate after them, but not after pushing her job to Nodoka as her successor for both posts. Well, at least Nodoka isn’t going to stalk Mio… right?

Still being the serious person that she is, Nodoka decides to hold something as the fan club president, which results in the band holding a special tea party. Hilarity ensues as Mio tries not to collapse from all the attention.

K-ON!!

“Congratulations Mrs and Mrs Akiyama! You may now cut the cake!”

K-ON!!

Mio’s gonna pull a Marilyn Monroe ;_;

Pretty fun watching her deal with both her band members AND the fans together. I lol’ed at the Q&A corner when she answered “shower head”.

Generally, another decent episode of K-ON!! I noticed they seem to fare better if they do original story than trying to adapt from the manga. With last week’s rain episode and this week’s one, there’s no feeling of them trying to fill up time forcefully by making the characters do pointless gags.

A new insert song, Pure-Pure Heart, finally appears after 7 episodes. Thankfully, despite the sickeningly sweet name, it’s a rather decent song, if I may say so. Mio’s poetic skills are pretty bad though ^^

Next episode looks to be dealing with more serious issues than usual (deciding their future), and it looks like back to original source material again. Oh well….

Lesbians are disgusting. What was KyoAni thinking? Can’t have a guy character crushing on Mio to prevent “slut” backlash from the fucking pathetic otaku fans so they have a lesbian? Fucking Japan.

LOL at Shin. You’ve seriously gone off the deep end and are really comfortable in Trap territory eh?

I was surprised that we only got Sogabe-sempai’s story now. It’s one of those things that Jason Miao’s been complaining about since the season started.

Shin: stop being hypocritical. If it’s okay to be gay for guys as a guy, then girls get the same respect and acceptance.

A lot of MugiVision this time around. With or without Mugi being present.

I don’t consider this to be original material, I consider it to be one the “must-do” sections of the manga.

Yui-focused stories are the ones I think are less funny.

    About Shin:

Wait, I remember he’s an old commenter on here and in fact support such things. Perhaps his comment is only sarcasm?

Cheer up Shin. Hideyoshi is always there for you.

Dude: No, he’s not. It’s just Shin’s delusions taking over again. If the Australian authorities knew what he was trying to get into, they’d have extradited him already. And it’s not for lack of incriminating evidence… ;)

“I noticed they seem to fare better if they do original story than trying to adapt from the manga.”

Wasn’t this one actually from the manga? And the Fanclub founder actually got some minor scenes in later chapters…

Lol at the scenes you’ve catched, loved them. Especially the cake slicing scene – priceless.

Good that the stalker is a girl, otherwise I’d go mad.

@Beruchi: Thanks for the confirmation. I wasn’t so sure if this was in the manga or not. Haven’t been keeping up with it.

the whole thing is like a wedding ceremony.
from Mio’s entrance with something sounding like the bridal march being played in the background, to the cake cutting, to the lighting of the candles… >.<
