This week’s episode is brought to you by Michio Fukuda, apparently the director of Hyakko, but not much else.
I have very mixed feelings about this episode. For one the art ranged from good…
Amazing cinematography here too.
….to really weird/bad. Especially with that attempt at adding in super-deformed style.
But… it works at some points too!
And there was quite some fanservice this week again as well…
Serizawa looks damned good in a bikini.
LOL@Chise in sukumizu.
… albeit, not as bad as last week’s dosage.
Oh god, Nozomin~’s “nyaa~~” is so moe I might just melt if I hear it repeatedly.
Kaho is the master troll of the show. She’s scary because I don’t know precisely if she’s doing it all on purpose or not. It does seem she has an abnormal feelings of love towards Chise though.
And bad kids better beware of Otome-neesan! You will be punished by Unlimited Lost Cats Works!
I really find it hard to say whether this was a good episode or not since things kinda cancel each other out much throughout the episode. You’d be thinking it’s kinda terrible but the next scene turns out amazing and vice-versa, which was pretty much what I felt watching this episode.
Nevertheless it sure had it’s entertaining moments aplenty, despite the consistency and pacing issues so… in the end it’s still another good episode?
I have gotta say, changing directors every episode really does make it more interesting to watch than just by being another generic “harem moe” anime. I wonder who will be doing the final episode… heard of some unsubstantiated rumors that Tomino or Shinbo will be doing the final episode. Tomino aside, feels like a damn shame though if we don’t have an Shinbo episode, hurrr
