Negima! 276

Negima!

Tatsumiya Mana… ever the consummate professional.

(I wonder if she knows about the switch though…)

Negima!

Negima!

Negima!

Woot, showing off her skillzors.

Negima!

Holy fffffffffffff— what!

Negima!

The 4-dimensional ammo storage notwithstanding, how the hell did she keep that gun in that “magical valley”! “Human Typhoon” is a pretty apt description of her right now.

Meanwhile….

Negima!

Nodoka, DAI-PINCCHI! Faced with the Lifemaker guy right off the bat. Negi is gonna regret leaving her alone. Say, what happened to Rakan?

think what else she is keeping there? A nuke? missile launcher? Buster Cannon?

    I wouldn’t be surprised.

Anyone think along the lines of Asura Cryin’s Shuri-senpai when they saw that scene?

Mana’s ‘human valley’ is a gateway to a fourth-dimensional storage space that Gunbuster only wishes they’d been able to show.

    Epic reloading sequence was epic.

That’s not the Lifemaker, if you look close it’s Fate’s shadow mage ally. Kaede saw him controlling those creatures and remembered him from back at the gateport a couple chapters ago.

As Megami said, it’s the shadow mage from Kosmo, not the Lifemaker (though it did confuse me) – the difference is most noticeable by the large pair of stripes down the front of his coat.

Though the interesting thing about this is that it conflicts with the theory that those spikes Fate shot at Rakan were key to the use of the Code – or else Craig was afflicted by it earlier than we know. Craig’s death was pretty obvious though, when he started talking about how they’re like family.

I don’t know why, but it seems that it’s not really a death. I mean, it’s just unnatural for Craig to die by disappearing through petals. No blood, no nothing.

If anything, I’d say it’s an illusion placed in Nodoka’s mind. It’s pretty much a longshot though, and me just hoping Craig isn’t dead, the lolicon.

Sheeze! Thanks for reminding me that I need to get this chapter blogged. *lol*

Regardless, Mana fans had to have a fangasm at her kicking booty like that…not that we haven’t seen her fight like this before (Kyoto arc) but her reload options and her “BFG” options are rather impressive.

Is it only me or could be “human typhoon” a reference to Trigun?

Misora makes references to Trigun and Grenadier IN THE SAME PANEL.

How do I love that girl.

Also, this is the hottest Mana has ever been. Which is saying a lot.

Her eyes still are scary, though.

I can’t help but think of Christian Bale in Equilibrium whenever Mana shows off her skills with two hand guns…

Nice chapter, Mana was incredibly badass.

Nodoka showed her strong side too, but how the heck is she gonna get out of this one? And is Craig was a “doll”, does that mean he was under enemy control the entire time?

I’ve always felt that Mana seemed out of place in this series, but that doesn’t mean she can’t be awesome. And in this chapter, she was that.
