Harem anime/manga is the most inherently flawed genre ever.

Think about it.

For starters, seeing the main behave in a way that you don’t approve of is frustrating. If he’s indecisive and doesn’t commit to your favorite straight off, you get frustrated at seeing him reject/ignore/be oblivious to of the advances of a hot and awesome girl, especially if he’s longing after someone inferior. If he sleeps with all of them, we get a filthy, unfaithful manslut like Makoto from School Days. If he shuts the situation down with decisiveness early on, we don’t have a harem story anymore.

On top of that, there are typically 3-7 girls in the harem, and only one of them is going to “win”. You’re going to have one favorite. Going back to not liking to see the lead behave in a way that you disapprove of and adding in people’s inherent like of happy endings for their favorites, this means that at the low end, there’s a 66% chance of varying degrees of frustration and disappointment aimed at the protagonist and writers. And when you take in cultural differences in what qualifies as a desirable woman…

tl;dr: Harem manga is inherently more likely than not to induce rage and disappointment.

Good description of Natsuru’s density on AS: Shizuku could rape him and he’d still think its a ploy to draw out the White Kampfers.

Wow. Get real – Natsuru isn’t going to look into any other girls any time soon since he’s pretty much in one-liner to Kaede for now, much like how Harima was to Tenma in School Rumble – does that make him a wimp? I think his mind is being just too stubborn to give up on Kaede. Unless something else comes in that would make Natsuru totally give up on Kaede (as he should – Kaede is such a freakin’ lesbian, it makes me wonder how Shizuku was able to deal with her for all those years she had been together) the chances for other girls are quite low at this point. And Natsuru not giving up so easily isn’t helping matters either. Someone should slap on Natsuru to make him realize.
