Appearance in AFA 2009
Despite news on the contrary, which reached me through the grapevine, I am unfortunately not able to attend this year’s AFA due to assignment and exams gangrape by my university. Honestly, this year’s a bit too expensive for me as well, what with the entrance tickets and concert ticket prices rising up to a pretty premium compared to last year. Besides, I’m not gonna pay to see Shoko-tan eat cats on stage! I really wanted to hear Mamoru Hosoda talk (WTF 600 SGD ARE YOU GUYS CRAZY?) and Aki Toyosaki live though…. sob sob sob.
You guys have fun with stalking Danny Choo then. /shrug.

The only highlight of this chapter. Eva-sama! It’s been a while!
Otherwise, it was more revelations about Negi inheriting some SUPAH-POWAFURU ancient magic thanks to being Arika’s son and such. Yue’s Artifact is a informations-dealer desire come true. Also, Rakan and Fate still sparring in the pocket dimension made by catgirl. Looks like Rakan’s about to lose though.

Also, MS Paint Gintama.
I was actually bracing myself for a full episode of that. It would’ve been marginally more interesting to watch than the background-only shots.

R.I.P Sorachi (anime ver.)
Gintama 182 is probably the best fourth wall break of any anime series so far. The only other time a character killed the original author is Excel Saga, and that didn’t even come close to the level of LOL seen in this episode. Popularity polls are scary. Now I’m not surprised why there wasn’t any other for Gintama apart for the one in the ninth volume of the manga. LOL
Tsubasa Cat Part 3
Looks like they went all out since it’s not on TV broadcast, the stuff about the seiyuu (Senjougahara) and the radio show (Hanekawa) was extremely hillarious. Though I must say they rambled a bit too much on the radio show parts, hurrr. I was like, “HURRY UP AND SHOW ME YOUR CAT EARS!!!”
