    The Endless Night continues! Will their love prevail over plot and cliches? It should be about 2am in the manga…

    I think it won’t… but at least they’ll both have a bit more closure than they do now – that’s part of what’s crippled Hayate for the past few years, emotionally speaking; anyone who he cares about leaves him or forces him away, and he feels himself completely unworthy of any relationships because of how abruptly things were cut off ten years ago.

    Hinagiku in a bunny suit’s kinda… weird, though, as is Maria, the one who’s almost as conscious of the ecchi parts as a certain robotic maid.

    Aww it’s kind of sad that they both think that they are at fault. The two of them want to reconcile with each other but will it really go so smoothly? Looking at this manga I very much doubt so. However I’m hoping at the very least they can make up and be friends again. I would love to see more A-tan goodness in the future of HnG.

    Hamster’s presence in the bunny suit confuzzled me. Probably an author brain freeze. Why would Hayate’s dream have Athena excoriating him for inappropriateness with someone she’s never met. Crazy.

    Infinite recursion of time crazy.

    Considering it’s Hayate’s dream, Risa is the completely random one present.

    And those two should seriously get a move on. Shame bashing them with a large paper fan would disrupt the tension.

    I think their friendlyness with each other will wait until near the end of the manga. I don’t see it resolving this arc, unfortunately. However, just this meeting will facilitate a future date unless something BAD happens. Like, really bad.

    Just decided to give up on waiting for the gaps in the scanlations and read ahead. I was initially a HayatexHina fan but heck, after reading The End of the World arc, I’m rooting for Athena now. Kind of makes me wonder if my mind is too easily influenced.

    Chapter 245′s out. Athena went from ‘tsundere’ to ‘yandere’… almost as if she was possessed. Also, look for more Sakuya.
