    Hey, that picture is in 9th comic of Hayate no Gotoku. Hayate was in a curse of Hina-doll festival. It begins from when Sakuya was in Isumi’s house, in a room that has a set of Hina-dolls, Isumi said if one of the doll is cursed. Sakuya pulled the head of the doll, the doll’s head get off from the doll, Isumi saw that and the panic situation starts. Isumi said if the curse will curse someone that has the most few luckiness. And the curse happened to Hayate. The curse was making a guy likes to wear ladies clothes.
    Isumi told the story if there was a doll-maker that always want to be a woman. But someday happened a trouble, then all people disliked him, and he dead. The doll maker’s strong wants that was wanted to wear a woman’s kimono made a curse in one of hina-doll. So why in the picture Hayate was wearing maid dress. But finally the curse ends in that 9th comic too.
