Hayate the Combat Butler

But you have to admit it, it’s sooooo like her.

God damn it, why is Nishizawa such a good girl! It’s so hard to support Hinagiku and Nishizawa at the same time! GAH!

    Is it just me or has the drawing goten a rise in quality?

    with this I´m almost at the point of buying the volumes.

    The ferris wheel scene (which coincidentally happened to be the “flashback from the future” in anime episode 52 of season 1) was a total highlight in my book for multiple reasons:

    1) It ended the suffering of Hina, whose honest, scrupulous nature pretty much tortured her. She came clean with Ayumu, and they still managed to keep their friendship intact – even more than that, it effectively strengthened their bond.

    2) It showed Ayumu in wonderful colors. She has such a good, generous and forgiving heart. I consider this touching.

    3) It still managed to come up with a great “stopper” to prevent a premature Hina development. “Who confesses, loses” is sooooo like her ^_^

    I think we’ll be able to reach this scene within Season 2 :)

    The chapter where Sakuya calls Hayate onii-chan is chapter 145. The one above is chapter 146.

    Anyway, Kurogane, where do you catch the latest Hayate scanlations? Its very weird – I have seen translated chapters 223 etc, but not 150. On the other hand, 136-144 is not released as well. :X

    I’m not much of a Yuri fan normally, but I swear that if Hayate is an idiot and picks Nagi instead of one of these girls, I’ll probably just give in and ship HinaxHamster anyway. If Hayate’s dumb, that’s on his shoulders, my girls can still have fun. >_>
