Negima! 253

Pretty much a giant filler chapter focusing on the rest of the un-Pactio’ed girls as they go about worrying on the Pactio issue and about kissing Negi and such. The only important thing revealed this chapter is the fact that Chacha says that Pactio’s are possible with anything that has a soul, according to Evangeline.

Negima!

If such, I concede that Shance’s idea that it -might- be possible for Negi to Pactio with Evangeline, but I still don’t think that Akamatsu will ever do it anyways. But I do wonder if it is at all possible for non-corporeal beings to perform Pactios anyways. So far, every Pactio in the series has been with corporeal, living beings. Some would quote Chachazero as an example, but there is no conclusive proof yet.

Heck, in fact, does Evangeline even need to use the Pactio system for herself and her own Magisters? She’s already practically immortal and invincible.

Anyways, another two weeks before chapter 254. They need to continue from 252. That was such a bloody cliffhanger at the cafe there.

It has Ku Fei and the Murakami- Kotarou scene. So all is well…. I also found Chacha-version Sayo fun. Now to wait another week for the cliffhanger. Hopefully it continues, otherwise we get even longer waiting

I like your post and everything but when is kurogane.animeblogger going to start blogging about anime and not some manga chapter?

Tell Japan to make more interesting anime. The shows for this season have surprisingly tapered off pretty quick. I don’t feel like blogging about ANY of the current shows I am watching and I don’t really have to time to watch some good ‘ol ones, so it’s just gonna be Negima posts until something REALLY interesting pops up.

In “Negima!?” Sayo and Evangeline both form probationary contracts with Negi. But I gather that it’s not considered canon by true fans.

People who can’t tell canon from spinoff should really keep away from Negima posts. They’ll be sure to attract TROLLS and hardcore ARGUMENTS.

Yup yup. Negima is SRS BSNS. God forbid someone try to talk about it without first reading the entire scanlated manga, the Wikipedia entry (bring your big bag of grains of salt!), and the last few hundred pages of a reputable Negima forum… ^_^
