Kurogane no Linebarrel Ends

Okay series, just standard Gonzo lame ending. At least it’s not as bad as Sword of Druaga (as I am expecting from episode 11). Kouichi gets to become his “seigi no mikata” and scores with Kizaki at the end (at least that’s what’s implied) and everyone lives happily ever after… though, what’s with the weird deus ex machina (literally) at the end there? Oh well….

Finally, I’d just like to express admiration for myself for actually sticking with Kurogane no Linebarrels until the end. Though I have to add a disclaimer that this isn’t a mark of how shitty it actually is (seen much more shittier stuff till the end before), but as a mark of how I manage to find a free 24 minutes every week to watch this show considering how busy I have been lately.

Er, getting long-winded here, but yeah, that’s all. And Noto-sama was kinda underutilized throughout the whole series.

Not as bad as Sword of Druaga?! Druaga is basically the only thing or worth that Gonzo had created, and this second season is kicking even more butt than the first.

Yeah, not a Strike Witches fan. Sorry.

I stuck with it until the end. You should congratulate me too.

Worst show of the season for sure, but at least it wasn’t boring, just purely ridiculous and full of cliches. Maybe they meant for it to be a satire, but it certainly flew over my head.

Hey; I’m here too, so we’re three now.

I don’t have an excuse for sticking to this series to the last chapter, maybe Noto-sama helped a little, just a little bit. Oh GONZO; that’s why you’re so close to go bankrupt with series like this one. Hopefully you will perish soon.

    Another series on my record.

Stopped after the friend’s death. I don’t even remember his name anymore lol. The ALIproject OP always threw me off. Even the Aya voice didn’t keep me in, it wasn’t worth it for me xD

Make that four! I stuck with the series for Noto and Kakihara.

To be fair the last 4-5 episodes did pick up alot in terms of quality, music and plot wise. Sure it was cliche ridden, but nobody was expecting a wonderful story from this show.

And the random two kids in another robot seemed to be from the manga.

Also, I want Noto-sama to call me “saite desu~” ヘ(^∀^ヘ)

Those 24 minutes a week were worth it for the laughs I got out of this pile of carp.

Honestly its one of the worst things I’ve ever seen but its ridiculousness managed to amuse me enough to stick with it.

[…] when it comes to the people who slam Linebarrels, it’s good to see it happen when they talk about it from an internal perspective. […]

Not a masterpiece, but way better than Sword of Druaga.
