2. WHATEVER! I liked The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, I thought it was really fun and entertaining, but I don’t understand how people can actually love it. There are far better anime in the world. Come on people, stop worshiping Haruhi. Stop calling her God, too. She’s an impulsive girl that barely cares about others. If she did, she wouldn’t bully Mikuru or Kyon (or anybody in the SOS Brigade).

Have you read the Light Novels?

To quote Monty Python: She gett better. Right around novel 4-5 she starts changing, and in novel 9 she actually helps Kyon with math homework (with Kyon making implications that this instance wasn't the first time). However, she reaches her highest Kick-the-Dog moment in novel 2 (but fortunately, it dies down considerably after that). Also, she does not rape Mikur as much as the series goes on (a sign, according to Itsuki in novel 9, that she is calming down, and starting to come to terms with reality).

1. I loved Kanon 2006 and Air, but Clannad really bored me (I liked ~After Story~ since it had a lot of slice of life), I doubt Little Busters will be any better. I'm just saying that the first two KyoAni made were beyond awesome, but, ugh, it just doesn't work anymore! They're not sad anymore! Clannad was nothing like it's predecessors with the whole drama and tragedy thing.

3. I kinda like the spin-offs better than the original series. Nyoro~n.

Actually, I belive it's the Starcraft II of anime. It'll come out eventually, but KyoAni is probally having disputes with Nagaru Tadokawa on how to create the next season: for, if rumors be held true, it's going to be based off the 4th novel. Which, in other terms, is going to be REALLY hard to present in anime form. It doesn't help that they left out Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody in the first season; would it really of killed them to make an extra episode or two? Also, it's almost as mindfuck as Haruhi gets; the two greater examples woul be novel 5 (the mathematical portion of Snow Mountain Syndrome left me at LOLWUT?), and the general insanity of the seventh novel (my theoretical third season). If they DO eventually make a second season, I think it should include:

-Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody (to start things off)
-The Dissapearance (split into about six episodes like the first novel was)
-Snow Mountain Syndrome (handled like Lone Island Syndrome)
-Random Short Stories
-The making of Asahina Mikuru's adventure (one of the last parts would be a very forboding line for my theoretical third season; Itsuki's shpiel about Mikuru and all ("Her role is to ensnare you. That's why she looks like that, and that's why she acts like that: a cute, weak-willed girl, the type you'd probably like. You are the only one who can make Haruhi do anything to any degree at all, thus, the best move for her is to entrap you.")

And, to finish off the season, an anime-only episode.

Well, that's how I would do it.

Perhaps you guys should check Munto. Just be warned that the four first episodes has been a director's cut of the original OAV, episode 4 is just like the start of the second OAV, we may not see the new material until episode 6 or 7.
