(We still have to off that asshole shota, and let Kagura avenge her sister, after all.) It may not be quite as interesting as Zero, but...given what we saw here, I have a feeling the writers could make a Ga-Rei anime even better than the manga. Overall, this show was an excellent surprise for me this season. I'd say it was one of the better series of 2008. PS and spoiler: Someone said this was Minoru Shiraishi's first serious/dramatic role. I hate this kind of ending, trust me on this I really do. If they don´t continue this then they just fail so hard it can´t be described in words. You don´t end a show like this, you just don´t. It was kinda disappointing for the bridge between ep 1 and ep2 to end up as pointless cliffhanger. Still, I'm harboring some (false) hope that the crew in ep1 are not totally dead... i don't know maybe get revived by the stone in the later part of the manga or something. However, I do enjoy the flashback manner; it's just the killing off of the apparent protagonists in ep1 that irks me. @manga
