The only reason it doesn't seem that way was bcuz there was no build-up towards it. But in the last episode we see that the whole reason Junichi changed from being a Geno Killer was bcuz of his cute sister. I'll agree with everyone though that the whole getting to the ending was not done well at all. There was hardly any build-up and they barely provided any hints for Junichi and Minato along the way. But for what's it worth with the whole 180 turn ending, at least it was unexpected right? Everyone watching is like "ok, it's obviously Yuuhi, then BAM, Wincest FTW." And c'mon, the last few episodes were pretty emotional. Kudos to the voice actors. BTW i agree with The Hordesman. Everyone bow down.
