Thank God ef hasn’t become a Higurashi. Not yet. Although I don’t think Yuu is going to kill the evil brother.

Kuze is one messed-up SOB. His 21++ questions with Mizuki doesn’t elicit the same emotion as the previous “text spam” scenes by this series. I mean, Kuze turned Mizuki away and at the brink of death, he ACTUALLY wants her.

After hearing about Yuko’s dagger, I really, really want to fucking kill that asshole now. I don’t think he minds it though.

Melodies is turning so freaking dark, and I have to say that I’m loving it.

@ KS I think it is intentional, it is to symbolize “the other side” of the story. And it will become more colorful again as we head into the finale.

If your theory is right, and it does make sense, I guess I shall be expecting “ever forever” for the ending theme of the series. It could also surprise me with a coda and changing such speculation, but it fits so well.

They seem to “reverse” the titles in their order and adding the prefix “re-”, so the next titles should be “return”, “reunion” and “reread”, which will probably be corresponding very well with the contents of each episode, or so I think; the title of the first episode “ever” will probably be changed to “forever” in the last episode, which also let’s assume what the episode will be dealing with.

This time, the colours in the OP were inverted, so black became white and vice versa. But the colours got inverted just when they started to reverse the titles as well, is it coincidence?

Anyways, I liked the episode very much especially the scene where falling snow was shown which actually was no snow but rain.
