To be honest though… when Taiga got thrown in the water and her fake boobs came off, I was kinda pitying her too much to actually laugh. When Ryuuji put it back in despite knowing the abuse he’ll probably suffer later, I thought that was kinda manly…

It definitely wasn’t a cowardly act. So many guys in RL would just ditch, save their own asses, and things would turn out terrible for the other party. I’d say it was considerate and mature…. it’s logical though.
