Nah, that’s what people first thought about Ayanokouji liking Jun as well in the first 2 episodes, but as it turns out, she just wants to impress her friends.

Before the end of the series, I say Minato is not related to Junichi by blood.
There were signs hinting of that every single episode, (okay, maybe not episode 1).

I don’t think the fact she’s an imouto would make her a definite ‘must-chase’ character… but a lot of those other traits do lend themselves towards people with that fixation.
