I admit, I don’t have Google Reader. Nor do I think I’ll ever have it. So I don’t have a full idea of how it works. But, if you find that you get spoiled quite often via Kurogane’s Blog, couldn’t you simply unsubscribe yourself and visit manually? I mean, if it bothers you, could you simply not Bookmark it and check it like, once a day or something? It doesn’t really take that long to see if there’s a new update. You click the bookmark, check, and if there’s nothing new you simply go on about your business. I mean, it’s a daily thing for me whenever I get home from university, up along there with checking the usual webcomics.

Then again, in my case, this is pretty much the only blog I actively read, so maybe it’s more convenient for me. Moreover, as I said, I don’t understand the concepts of Google Reader so I could be totally off. I just skimmed the Wikipedia page cause I got too lazy to read the entire thing.

I understand that you’re annoyed / irritated / angry. I hate getting shit spoiled (though, ironically enough, I tend to spoil a hell lot of things for myself via Wikipedia) myself. When I discovered the ending to Disgaea 2 via Wiki on accident, I RAGED harder than Hard Gay fails at life. You have every right to be so. But I wouldn’t say that you handled it as ‘politely’ and ‘civilly’ as possible. Phrases like “fucking glad … avoiding your blog like the plague” and words like “ridiculous” and “audacious” (unless, of course, you were saying that his titles were brave warriors who were willing to take bold risks for the future of the world) aren’t perhaps the best way to reason things in a civilized way.

We’re all (at least, I hope) civilized adults (or minors, just to avoid being discriminatory) here. Let’s act as such, please?

You think everyone is stupid enough to come to Kuro’s blog or other websites before watching the episode? You think people want to see Kuro’s headlines on their own?

Like I have explained, in web readers like Google Reader, headline titles cannot be avoided, whether we like it or not. So if Kuro decides to make his headline “NUNALLY CAN SEE”, then people are already spoilt because they cannot avoid seeing it.

OTOH, if he titles it simply as “CODE GEASS 24 SPOILERS” or “OMFG (insert exclamation)” fair enough, people would make sure not to get in.

I can totally see Lelouch going “Hauu~ OMOCHIKAERI!” the next episode.
