Nunnally has really creepy big eyes.

  • OMG even Arthur acknowledges Lelouch as Emperor.
  • Kallen vs C.C. Red vs Pink. Guess who wins. Personally I’m glad the pink kNIGHTMARE is gone.
  • Table-chan whips up a Anti-FLEIJA lance for Lelouch. Lelouch, Suzaku and some grunts use it to penetrate Damocles in the instant FLEIJA gets shot.
  • Gino vs Suzaku. Shinkiro gets trashed. Gino plays dirty and gets Kallen to two-time Suzaku.
  • Lelouch actually does some running up stairs! It’s crazy how fast he was.
  • Schneeze gets wet feet when Damocles is infiltrated, so he tries escapes while setting Damocles to self-destruct.
  • Lelouch reads Schneeze’s plans and pulls a Mao on him. So that’s what they meant with “The key is Schneizel’s heart” last week. Schneeze becomes Lelouch’s bitch and shoots the traitor Diethard.
  • Cornelia survives. The holy shit is Guilford surviving as well. So it looks like the only major casualty of the first FLEIJA is that bitch Romeyer. For some weird reason, Corny and Guilford are hospitalized at Penglai Island
  • Yeah, Nunnally manages to break Charles’ Geass on her. SHE CAN SEE! And she challenges Lelouch to Geass her.

I don’t know why, but that eye-opening scene by Nunnally was kinda creepy for me. Maybe it’s because her HUGE EYES THE SIZE OF DINNER PLATES contrasted so much with her usual closed-eye look. Someone in Sunrise must be aiming for QUALITY this episode.

    >Haesslich: Actually I doubt anyone can die in Geass. If Guillford can survive FLEIJA and Cornelia can survive a machine gun assault from the back, I think you’ll at least have to see a character (at least) vapourise into pink sparkles before you can consider him/her dead.

Schneziel was a disappointing figure-head…turning tail once he lost his ultimate weapon doesn’t portray how much of a ‘final evil dude’ he is. But it’s good to see that Nunnally has risen to the protagonist/antagonist status, as well as having the capability to do so. Hopefully the producers tie up the plot in this season, carrying on with Nunnally as the only ‘bad’ guy seems…weird.

Someone has to bite the dust on this last episode; I don’t care if is NUnnally or Lelouch, but please SUNRISE, let someone die on this show. Just Clovis, Euphemia, Shirley and Rolo died within the big players of this series (in a way). One more week.

I really wish you didn’t put spoilers, major or otherwise, in your blog post titles. I wait for the subbed release before I get my geass on, and as someone who regularly browses the Antenna, I will see (and cannot unsee) titles from time to time. The only Blogger I’ve had problems like this with is yourself. Both with this post and a couple of weeks back with the ‘Nunally is still alive!!!!111eleven’ post.

That being said, I enjoy reading this blog. Please stop and put spoilers in the actual post! Thank you.

I’m with DeadOnArrival on this. I’m just f*cking glad I adopted a policy of avoiding your blog like the plague (that includes staying away from Google Reader altogether, which unavoidably pops up with your audacious spoiler headlines, whether we like it or not) before watching every single episode ever since your ridiculous “Nunally is still alive” headline. PLEASE! As your loyal reader, I urge you to just treat us more sensitive readers with more respect. That’s all we ever ask for.

Anyway, Nunally’s eyes isn’t that scary. She looks quite cute. One wonders if having both parents as Geass users gives one the ability to resist Geass, assuming that she and Lulu were born after their parents became Geass users, of course, in order for that gene to pass down. Charles definitely, as he made the contract when he was a kid with his brother V.V. That leaves just Marianne.

(Lelouche Geass’d himself long ago during the Mao episode on some trivial matter, so Lelouche could not find out if he has that resistance as well. )

WTF is with Cornelia and Guilford surviving? Though if Nunally and Sayoko survived, Guilford living isn’t too shocking, and I like to bet Tamaki (the four-eyed subordinate of Toudou) is also lurking somewhere.

And can anyone tell me if annoying Tamaki is finally dead?

Speaking of deaths (only Diethard is confirmed), the death toll for this Sunrise penultimate episode is surprisingly low. Maybe they’ll compensate for that next episode. I don’t mind everyone else dying, but please let the cute lolis Tianzi and Kaguya live.

Okay okay, fine. I have terrible naming sense anyways. Thankfully, next week is the last episode already anyways, so you guys won’t be hurt anymore after this.

I dunno for you guys who find it cute, but personally it still looks pretty creepy to me for some reason.

And Tamaki isn’t dead yet. He sure lives long. Seriously “tak mati” (Malay).

I could try to justify it with CLAMP. But I think it would be still a weak excuse.

I´m actually suprised they had to use 2 eps to make a FLEIA counter measure.

And when it´s done it´s only a spear? Freaking NGE type as well. BORING!!

I have no problem with spoiling titles as it is somewhat obvious that Nunally would start opening her eyes, espacially with Charles dead. No confirmation or anything but shouldn´t that erase the geass?

And if I had problems with spoilers I would stay away from the net. There are freaking spoilers everywhere!!

But what I dislike I Kallen behaving like a bitch. So Lulu got to the emperors throne and started geassing the world into submission? Ever think about why he would do that? And knowing him from the last encounter where he said “Live Kallen” and tricked her into hating him for a short while you´d expect her to be a little smarter than usual the next time it happened?

But no, she´s all oh I threw my love away for you and now I just want to kill you… love/hate are two sides of the same freaking coin!!

What I didn´t expect though was that Lulu would Geass Schneizel, atleast Lulu has understood the importance of having good and talanted people around him.

But I hope the short preview isn´t what´s going to be shown in the final ep, then it´s just a freaking recap for God´s sake!!

One week to go with trainwreck Geass.

Lelouch finally pwns his brother, FINALLY – abso-fuckin’-lutly! Now all Suza-kun has to do is pwn that damnable pain in the arse, Kallen and everything will come full circle. *big smile*

I’d geass Nunnally if you get my drift.

Anyway, is it strange that Nunnally just opened her eyes and just seemed to be like, “Okay, cool. I can see now”? After how many years of being blind, how could you not have to take time to readjust yourself to seeing?

And what does Lukes’ gayness have to do with the show’s gayness?

  21. tycoex Said,

First off, to all the people who complain about spoilers…. YOU’RE FRICKING RETARDS. Anyone with HALF a brain would know not to look at anything Code Geass until after you watch the damn ep. Idiots.

So, it’s kind of interesting how this show can make you love a character one episode and hate a character the next episode. Not too long ago we all despised Suzaku now we all root for him. And vice-versa with Kallen. Ahhh…good times.

And ya Nunally’s eyes are kinda large for her small head.

FLEIA is pretty pointless as a weapon; I bet all those thousands of grunt troopers of Britannia will pop up again at the very end of the next episode, wherever Guilford did.

Firstly, I’ve seen the episode beforehand as I have a feeling Kuro’s gonna spoil this in his headline, and sadly I was right.

tycoex, your insolence is totally uncalled for. I’m just trying to reason with Kuro here as politely and civilly as possible, but if you want to insult me, I won’t be holding back either, so to hell with Mr Nice Guy.

You think everyone is stupid enough to come to Kuro’s blog or other websites before watching the episode? You think people want to see Kuro’s headlines on their own?

Like I have explained, in web readers like Google Reader, headline titles cannot be avoided, whether we like it or not. So if Kuro decides to make his headline “NUNALLY CAN SEE”, then people are already spoilt because they cannot avoid seeing it.

OTOH, if he titles it simply as “CODE GEASS 24 SPOILERS” or “OMFG (insert exclamation)” fair enough, people would make sure not to get in.

  29. tycoex Said,

    September 23, 2008 @ 7:18 am

Then don’t go on Google reader after the ep comes out and you havn’t seen it either. I’m sorry but I’ve never once had an episode spoiled by this or any other blog. It’s all about being smart and careful.

  30. Magnius of the Chaos Said,

Now, now, please stop the throwing around of insults and whatnot. Just because someone was rude to you doesn’t mean you need to stoop to their level and hurl hurtful words right back at them.

I admit, I don’t have Google Reader. Nor do I think I’ll ever have it. So I don’t have a full idea of how it works. But, if you find that you get spoiled quite often via Kurogane’s Blog, couldn’t you simply unsubscribe yourself and visit manually? I mean, if it bothers you, could you simply not Bookmark it and check it like, once a day or something? It doesn’t really take that long to see if there’s a new update. You click the bookmark, check, and if there’s nothing new you simply go on about your business. I mean, it’s a daily thing for me whenever I get home from university, up along there with checking the usual webcomics.

Then again, in my case, this is pretty much the only blog I actively read, so maybe it’s more convenient for me. Moreover, as I said, I don’t understand the concepts of Google Reader so I could be totally off. I just skimmed the Wikipedia page cause I got too lazy to read the entire thing.

I understand that you’re annoyed / irritated / angry. I hate getting shit spoiled (though, ironically enough, I tend to spoil a hell lot of things for myself via Wikipedia) myself. When I discovered the ending to Disgaea 2 via Wiki on accident, I RAGED harder than Hard Gay fails at life. You have every right to be so. But I wouldn’t say that you handled it as ‘politely’ and ‘civilly’ as possible. Phrases like “fucking glad … avoiding your blog like the plague” and words like “ridiculous” and “audacious” (unless, of course, you were saying that his titles were brave warriors who were willing to take bold risks for the future of the world) aren’t perhaps the best way to reason things in a civilized way.

We’re all (at least, I hope) civilized adults (or minors, just to avoid being discriminatory) here. Let’s act as such, please?
