What they do is up to them, but that also means that they make it themselves. The person that made this video was obviously not an animator, so he chose to do this instead. Still, it's Libera Me. I'd have forced it upon the lead animator or something. @yanipheonu

Maybe we could make a super awesome animated battle scene or something instead". And then the director slaps him in the face, adn they all laugh at him. Meanwhile, they release the video to mass disappointment. I just bet something like this happened.
