Miku Hatsune has a 3 second line in Episode 13 of Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. Yes, apparently that is enough to qualify for SaiMoe.

As for Tiffanina and Haruka Nogizaka – Tiffanina made it in due to her VERY brief appearance in season 2. Haruka did not make the July 1st cutoff, however. Both will be eligible for SaiMoe 2009 though.

The character form tis season anime are not qualified ?
Tiffania (zero no tsukaima) is there so i hoped to see Nogizaka Haruka too… :(

But man… there will be some bloody fights in the beginning :)
Yuki Cross vs Sekai, Hime vs Kou, Karen vs Nagisa, …

But in the end Chizuru will win :)

PS : it would be funny if at some point there is a Noe vs Hiromi :D
The would be a new internet flamewar between the noe-fags and the hiromi-fags.
