The show had a fresh concept not the best of plots. I do agree Horo made the series awsome with her personality and charm. I wonder what would happen if they made this a live action film with a good plot?

I think so too. I’m just a German, with subtitles but I understand’s it ^ ^. I want more. I have some parts re-felt feelings that I certainly 10 years no longer had (I am 15). I believe each has seen the film can claim that it was a good film. What I say. It IS a good film and it should be continued.

For me this series’ appeal revolved entirely around the character of Horo. Her design, animation, and especially voice acting made her such an irresistable character that I enjoyed watching this series despite the fact that the story itself wasn’t really all that interesting.

The focus on trade and economics was fresh, but not exactly engrossing. The secondary characters like Lawrence and such were interesting, but if it weren’t for Horo I probably would have never made it through. She was just so charming and fun to watch that I couldn’t resist. Stick her character is a crappy series and I’d still probably like it.

I do hope they make a second season as it seems this series was ended with that in mind. It wasn’t a finale in any way, just a setup for the next arc.

So glad the series is over…

Anyway, are you planning to change the layout of this blog anytime soon? Many others are starting to update theirs. Although I like the minimalist design, my eyes sometimes want to see another VARIATION of it.

This ending was fine with me. They’ll keep travelling until reach the North and then… well, that’s up to them.

When Lawrence had that vision on his mind about Horo engulfing Nora alive, it was kind of scary until obviously he spanned out of his mind and saw how Horo changed her mind in the last second.

A semi-nude shot of Horo is fine too. I’m hoping for a full fan service episode 7 if they send it to DVD at the middle of the series (damn it if they don’t).

Now I want to see the final episodes of Shakugan no Shana and Rosario to Vampire.

They were implaying that Horo did “somehing” with the Big Wolf in the last episode so that the incident can end without Horo fighting
