Sometimes, it takes stepping away from something to realize that it was not what you wanted all along. Since I like Noe, I am hoping this is the case for Shin here. This episode does show some hints in this direction and I particularly liked Shin stating that his hair was "happiness." Ironically, Hiromi calls it weird.

"Everything she does is pretty cute and she’s always smiling and really only wants Shin to be the best. Maybe that should be a good thing, but I still find Hiromi more interesting. She’s also not really outwardly nice (she picked a stupid fight with Hiromi) to anyone but Shin and Jun."

She's blunt and to the point. She's happy around people she enjoys, neutral around people who she doesn't know/care about and angry at people who have hurt the people dear to her. It is a breath of fresh air to see someone wear their heart on their sleeve; there is no unnecessary drama with misunderstandings. With a smile like hers, I'm glad she uses it often.

I like all three girls, they each have their endearing qualities.

You can't blame Hiromi for her outburst at bitch mom. She's been putting up with harlot insinuations and jabs even since she moved in. She finally had enough and gave some back for a change. I think Hiromi's apology was more a slap in the face than a sincere apology; you know like when you say "well pardon me for living!" I for one do believe Hiromi is Shinichiro's half sister and they may not want to cross that line.

Poor Aiko, she should've confessed a long time ago. It's not going to be good for her or Nobuse if she just "settles" for him. It's going to be a pretty uncomfortable situation.

You gotta like Noe, she's a real spark of light. She just adds some spirit with her quirkiness. I think there is a good reason for Jun's affection for his sister. My concern started even before Jun told Shinichiro that he'd better hurry up and go out with her... and with the preview of Ep 9, I think Noe is in for some serious and likely fatal health issues. I fear it's gonna be AirTV - Misuzu all over again. That would suck; I hate seeing the cute little quirky sweetheart end tragically. That's why she wants someone to give her their tears and she chose Shinichiro.

That being said, Aiko is in a good position to be there for Shinichiro if the inevitable happens... I think Noe is going to see grandma soon. I just don't see it in the cards for Hiromi x Shin... but I could be wrong.

I don’t know how anyone can not like Noe, if only for this reason. She might be a bit naive but she is too cute. I die every time she’s on screen; her presence just makes me giddy."

I think she's a bit forced. Everything she does is pretty cute and she's always smiling and really only wants Shin to be the best. Maybe that should be a good thing, but I still find Hiromi more interesting. She's also not really outwardly nice (she picked a stupid fight with Hiromi) to anyone but Shin and Jun. I'm not against Shin x Noe, but I could see why people don't fall all over her. Not that I want Hiromi with Shin really though. :D I rather like the strange relationship between her and Jun.

Anyway, interesting episode.... I think people will be harm on Hiromi for being a "bitch", but at least she knows what she did. I think she's in a lot of pain and a lot of fear of being left alone.

Episode 8 was what i expected. It was good tho. I personally dont like Hiromi that much. I think shes a retard. I really dont like Jun cuhz he's a dildo. It's gettin really drama-y and intense.

As for Episode 9 i think the Cop car was probably Shin'ichiro's parents calling the police because Hiromi ran away. It also shows her stripping infront of Jun which might indicate that in her frustration, anger, confusion, and pain that she will try and seduce Jun. Part of me thinks that they will do it but somehow they arn't going to. Jun myte possibly say no, or Hiromi myte come to her senses. But in a lot of Drama-Romance-Harem anime one of the main girls have sex with someone because they are hurt. Also, it shows Shin'ichiro getting in a fight with some nobody guy at school. At first i thought it was Miyakocki (or however you spell his name) because he is pissed that Ai is in like with Shin'ichiro, but it's not. I think the guy says something bad about Hiromi (possibly shes a slut or something for running away with Jun) and Shin'ichiro overhears and gets pissed and ends up getting in a fight. And i think Noe sees it and realizes that Shin has feeling for Hiromi possibly break up with him. I dont kno if i like where this show is goin.

Noe all the way.. There has not been one redeeming quality in Hiromi yet.... What has she done to deserve the win...nothing... Noe has constantly gone out of her way and encouraged and help Shin along... It pisses me off that the likely victor will be Hiromi... grrr....

I have to echo the admiration for Shin in being forthright with Ai-chan. I feel bad for Ai-chan but far better for her to have confessed her feelings honestly and being outright rejected than for her to wonder forever what might have been had she confessed, or confess and then have Shin string her along. Major major points to Shin for that.

I hope you find happiness Ai-chan. It didn't work this time, but hopefully something better awaits you down the road. If they do pair her up with Nobuse I only hope it comes with the awakening of real feelings on her part though. Not fair to either of them to just take back up a relationship based on a lie. I also feel her story isn't over yet though, this series keeps combining things you see coming with blindsides you wouldn't have expected.

Course that may just be the Ai-chan fan in me because it's just as likely that given their time they thought Ai-chan really was more a distraction than a serious contender and the other storylines will take the rest of all their time to hash out, which I understand and at least they let her confess and be rejected before shunting her aside, assuming that is what they're doing. Not ready to call it either way.

That being said not ready to call anything on the Hiromi front either, so once again I curse how long I must wait for the next episode.
