God.. I really hate all this mindless mudslinging. Is it really that cool? If you back it up with valid reasons, it's fine. But just randomly saying "xxx sucks. die" is just lame.

"Also this episode truly revealed how much sheer utter suckage Aiko embodies. Die."

That's kind excessive. But I think you could see how she felt about Shinichiro from what we saw in episode one. This wasn't a surprise to me, but it sucks for both Miyokichi and Aiko.

Ha, I have to agree with you on the H2O viewpoint Zzz.., to think so much animosity and ill-will could be deflated so quickly...bleh.

I certainly don't disregard Hiromi and Shin's potential blood relation as a minor thing, quite the contrary, it's huge. Shin gets some insight into Hiromi's past behavior, but also gets a big kick in the face regarding his own feelings for her up to this point, I'm sure the internal conflict must be something. Whether it turns out to be true or not, the damage or changes it causes right now are inescapable. Hiromi and Shin's interactions will be fundamentally different from now on.

It's interesting to see how this series is shaking out into various pairs of unrequited or unobtainable love. Ai for Shin, Miyokichi for Ai, Jun for Noe (arguably), Noe for Shin (though she doesn't realize it herself and he hasn't really even thought about it), and of course Hiromi and Shin (in both directions). Gonna be real interesting to see how they pull this all together.

And I don't hate Ai at all, sure she's not being honest with herself or Miyu, but she's not a bad person, just conflicted. I'm rooting for her and Miyu, she's a spunky gal and I like that!

It's really funny how so many people, after Hiromi's parentage came out (yes I'll admit it's not set in stone but I see no reason for Nakajima-mum to lie about that point, it is after all her best weapon and one best used honestly), either want to dismiss it off hand or ignore it as non-consequential. Hell yes it has a lot of bearing on relations all around.

It also amuses me how Jun, who I described before as creeptastic and I still think so, is the only one that's responding to the issue correctly. Who would have thought...

Also this episode truly revealed how much sheer utter suckage Aiko embodies. Die.

Well this is the second series this week to offer some truly compelling reasons for the conflicts taking place. I just hope that True Tears can resolve the issues in a more compelling and believable manner than that other example. *cough* H2O *cough*

Reminds me of a news story I read recently where two twins separated at birth ended up married but then found out that they were you know... twins. How terrible for Hitomi to be in love with Shin practically her whole life and then finding out something like that, and then having to live with him afterwards. What we need here is a paternity test :P
