agreed they need to cut the henshin its not in the mangas after i saw ep 1 as anime they were a tad later subbing it the next week so i read all the mangasup to the sart of season 2 that night they show here caked in bats once at the start first ep like other than that there isnt even a SIGN of a bat afterwords never mind a stalk busts

Well, there are some scenes in the manga that makes one believe there is some release of (so called) evil energy, but there was no real trasnformation, I mean, in the manga “dark” moka shows her fangs to the camera but the she already had them (otherwise “sweet” moka would not be able to bite Tsukune). I would not mind the flash of light, even the “inflation” (which I like, oh yes, I am a perv >_

Because it’s extremely cheesy.

And from what I hear, the original manga didn’t had that part. I mean… the henshin is just a sad excuse for having 2 minutes of stock footage guaranteed per episode. And it’s not even relevant in this case.

Seriously, the manga’s pretty ’standard’, but this show… well, they can’t even get the manga fanservice right, IMO.

I’ve actually been watching this show but for one reason: Koyasu Takehito dechu~~! 8D Also niconico comments are amusing, that I think I read more of that then actually watch the episode lol

I thought I hated this show, but ep3 was entertaining. Maybe I’m just beginning to accept the show for what it is. The fanservice wasn’t the problem, it was the “plot” and characters.The henshin seems oddly out of place, but I don’t mind it any more than anything else.
